Short answer: Jerkmate is a real business, not a scam front. jerkmate.com is operated by Sellitize Ltd. in Limassol, Cyprus; the cam platform behind it, jerkmatelive.com, runs on Streamate / ICF Technology. Who is behind Jerkmate (company, address, jurisdiction)
The Terms of Service never name a company — only “the operator of jerkmate.com”. The legal name sits on the 2257 statement and the privacy policy, and on both it is an image rather than text. The two .webp files are byte-identical, same MD5.
They read: Sellitize Ltd., 8 John F. Kennedy Street, Iris House, Flat 640B, Limassol, CY 3106, Cyprus — custodian of records on one page, GDPR controller on the other. The privacy text agrees in words: the site is “a Sellitize Ltd product and/or service”.
Governing law is Cyprus: exclusive jurisdiction in Cypriot courts, jury trial waived, GDPR and Cyprus law 125(I)/2018 named. The 2257 statement adds that the operator does not concede US jurisdiction.
Whois dates the domain to 16 October 2017 at GoDaddy, paid through 2028, registrant masked by Domains By Proxy. Jerkmate’s own text says “Since launching in 2019”. Domain first, product two years later — both figures hold up.
The affiliate program is a third party again. Its page is headed “THE OFFICIAL JERKMATE AFFILIATE PROGRAM BY” beside a CrakRevenue logo, and the terms run $40–$150 per sale and 30% lifetime revshare. CrakRevenue is the network; no Jerkmate page calls it the owner, so neither does this one. Full structure: what Jerkmate actually is.
Is Jerkmate real? The Streamate connection
Yes, and the performers are Streamate’s roster rather than one Jerkmate built. Its own pages confirm it four times over.
- Its safety FAQ puts it directly: “it’s powered by Streamate”.
- A model page’s source carries
"parentId":"streamate_122492833"— a Streamate id passed straight through. - The recruitment page is blunter: “Jerkmate is the official marketing partner and customer source for Streamate models.”
- jerkmatelive.com loads its front end from streamate.icfcdn.com, hybridclient.naiadsystems.com and cdn.nsimg.net.
So this brand is two websites. jerkmate.com is marketing; jerkmatelive.com holds the account, the balance, the billing and the cancellation. The signup box says as much — its three steps are labelled “To access jerkmatelive.com”.
An archived skin config (siteId 9633, Wayback, 25 May 2020) gives ICF Technology, Inc. in Seattle for DMCA and an Amsterdam address for European terms — addresses now five years old. Streamate / ICF Technology is the only corporate link a first-party page confirms; other names circulate without one.

The 15-day clause: what the FAQ actually says about charges
Three FAQ pages promise the card is never touched on its own. The free-account page: “Nothing happens unless you decide to buy Gold… No automatic payments. No sneaky subscriptions.” A second: “Zero automatic payments, trust us bro.” A third: “No automatic payment.”
A fourth page, in the same FAQ, says this:
“You won’t be charged unless there’s no money spent on your account within 15 days!”

Read literally, the promise inverts: fifteen days without spending becomes the condition for a charge. The sentence appears on that page alone, and it is there in the raw HTML — not an extraction artefact.
Which version describes the real billing cannot be settled from outside; it may be clumsy editing. What is verifiable is bad enough: the FAQ contradicts itself on the exact question people search, while holding a card it demanded up front.
The card requirement is stated openly, with a footnote worth reading twice. Signup runs: email, password, “Add your card*”, then “*Membership is free, forever!”. The asterisk sits on the card; the footnote answers about membership. Detail: is Jerkmate free.
What Jerkmate charges look like on a statement
A public endpoint on jerkmatelive.com lists billing descriptors by processor for siteId 9633. It needs no login. Read on 15 September 2026:

The same response names 23 processors, from PaySafeCard and iDEAL to the crypto gateways TripleA and Rocketfuel. Which coins those accept is not in the response.
That explains most mystery-charge searches. Search by amount and date, then dispute with the processor in that row — the cam site does not handle it.
The official exit, from the deletion FAQ: premium memberships sit under My Account and cancel there, or by email to [email protected] with your login, full name and the card’s last four digits. Premium buys 30 days. To stop per-minute billing mid-session, leave the room — “navigate to another page or tap the ‘X’ in the top-right corner”. Steps: delete a Jerkmate account.
Two gaps, named rather than filled. There is no refund policy on jerkmate.com — the Terms defer to jerkmatelive.com, which serves its terms as a script shell. And the fate of leftover Gold is published nowhere.
Privacy and age verification (2257, GDPR controller)
The legal and technical housekeeping beats most adult platforms. Checked on 15 September 2026:
- TLS from Amazon RSA 2048 M04, valid to 6 March 2027; jerkmatelive.com on Let’s Encrypt (YR2) to 17 October 2026.
- A working responsible disclosure policy at /disclosure, rare in this industry.
- A DMCA page, a 2257 statement naming the Cyprus custodian, and RTA, ASACP and Pineapple Support marks in the footer.
- Terms set 18 or the local age of majority, whichever is higher, and the privacy policy states “We do not sell personal data within the meaning of the GDPR”.
Age verification is the weak spot. The default gate is self-declaration: I AGREE or Leave. Where local law demands more, a separate screen appears — “Verify your age to unlock 18+ content” — and the vendor behind it is not named in the source. One clause goes further than most: the Terms reserve identity checks through a mobile carrier.
Reputation: Trustpilot removed, what Reddit threads say
The Trustpilot profile for jerkmate.com is gone. On 15 September 2026 the page returns “This profile has been removed”, with Trustpilot’s note that the business no longer meets its guidelines. No score is left to quote.
Search snippets on 15 September 2026 still showed scores on neighbouring domains: jerkmatelive.com 3.0 from 10 reviews, jerkmate-reviews.com 3.5 from 7, jerkmates.com 3.3–3.5 from one review dated 29 October 2025. Separate listings; common ownership is not confirmed, so none is Jerkmate’s rating.
That correction lands on our own work. Our Jerkmate review credited its billing complaints to Trustpilot reviews read in July 2026. That profile is gone, so the attribution is being rewritten.
Sitejabber is thinner still: 3.0 from two reviews on 15 September 2026, one of them contact spam.
Two Reddit threads have permalinks recovered from search. In r/Scams, dated late 2025 by its snippet, the poster calls the affiliate-site signup flow sketchy. In r/CamGirlProblems the objection is pop-up advertising, not money.
A Solana token trades on the name, and Jerkmate disowns it: “Jerkmate has no affiliation, partnership, or association with the token” issued as JERK on Solana.
Third-party records, with limits attached: CrakRevenue is a brand of Crakmedia Network (4355768 Canada Inc.), and Doe v. ICF Technology Inc. et al. was filed in Kansas on 12 May 2025 over age verification. Filed is all that is confirmed.
Is Jerkmate Ranked real?
Real, and not a ranking of models. Jerkmate Ranked is a free clicker game on jerkmate.com, costing nothing and needing only an account. The current build is Jerkmate Ranked 2 – Multiverse, after a first season.
It began as the meme line “lf duo for jerkmate ranked” on X and TikTok, which the brand then built into a real game. The page loads a counter, a CLICK TO FAP button, a Stamina Level and fap-per-second readouts.
- Eight ranks, topping out at Celestial Coomer: Unranked, Bronze Beater, Silver Stroker, Golden Gooner, Emerald Edger, Platinum Puller, Grandmaster Baiter.
- Eight lobbies, from Jerky’s Room and Dark City to The Laboratory, On a Ship and In the Sky.
- Three leaderboards — The Fastest, 24h, All-Time — with scores auto-submitting every five minutes.
- Upgrades cost points, not dollars: T-SHIRT 6, PLUSHIE 30, WIPES 150, SPICY CONTENT 600, POWERBOOST 3.00K.
A second system reuses the same rank names, and Jerkmate admits the confusion: site progress is “entirely distinct from the Jerkmate Ranked game”. That one is a visit streak — 10 points a day, badges from 50 to 12,000 points, ranks from 0 to 40,000. Miss two days running and it resets.
Merch runs through jerkmateshop.com at $13.00–$45.00 on 15 September 2026. Our older review called Ranked a TikTok meme about performer rankings; the meme was real, but so is the game.
Is Jerkmate worth it? What its pricing can and cannot be compared with
The currency is the clearest in the business: 1 Gold = $1, repeated on four FAQ pages — and the only price the FAQ contains.
Gold package sizes appear at checkout — after registration, after the card. Private, Exclusive and Cam2Cam sessions are billed per minute; the FAQ says each model has a fixed per-minute rate for exclusive chats on her profile. Across the 33 FAQ pages checked, no range is published, so no comparison can be built from Jerkmate’s own figures.

Concretely: at 15:39 on 14 September 2026 the Stripchat filter held 3,542 rooms in the 8–12 tk/min band, 2,067 in 16–24, 1,536 in 32–60 and 450 in 90+. Half an hour in the cheapest band is 240 tokens, about $23 at the 520-pack rate; in the room checked at 32 tk/min, roughly $92.
Jerkmate cannot join that arithmetic honestly. Our review page still carries a dollar-per-minute range credited to Jerkmate’s FAQ; no Jerkmate page checked on 15 September 2026 showed a per-minute dollar figure, so that attribution is being corrected, not copied forward.

Bottom line
Jerkmate passes every legitimacy check that can be run from outside: a named Cyprus company, a domain from 2017 paid through 2028, real Streamate performers, valid certificates, processors you can dispute with. Calling it a fake-cam operation is wrong.
It fails the clarity test on money. The card comes before the account, no price per minute is published, and your statement shows a processor’s name. On the one question everybody searches, the FAQ answers twice and the answers disagree.
If the matching format is what you want, go in with a spending limit and a diary note for the first statement. If you only wanted to watch cams card-free, start somewhere that never asks.
