Stripchat App for Android and iPhone: What Actually Exists (2026)
There is no Stripchat app for viewers to download, and Stripchat says so itself. What exists: the mobile site as a Progressive Web App, plus one broadcasting app for models.
Quick answer: Nothing for viewers to install. Stripchat says it offers no app through the App Store, Google Play or as an APK; our search on 14 September 2026 matched. What works is the site as a home-screen icon, and its own term is Progressive Web App. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and you get notifications for messages, models going live and discounts. Models are the exception: Plasma Streaming sits in both stores.
Is There a Stripchat App?
No app for viewers, and that is the platform’s own answer: Stripchat “does not offer a standalone mobile app through the App Store, Google Play, or as an APK” (Stripchat help centre, updated 15 September 2026). We searched both stores on 14 September 2026 and came up empty too. That is policy, not an oversight. Apple’s review guidelines rule out overtly sexual content. Google Play’s developer policy bans apps that “contain or promote sexual content” or are “intended to be sexually gratifying”. A live cam platform fails both by design.
Stripchat does not pretend otherwise. On the mobile site a button reads Get Stripchat App, and tapping it opens a sheet headed “Get App for Notifications”. The sheet has no store link and no file. It has two instructions: tap Share, then tap Add to Home Screen. The desktop footer makes the same offer as a QR code.
The platform’s own name for that icon is PWA: “The mobile version of Stripchat is available as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) for both iOS and Android devices”. The same article describes a different trigger from ours, an install banner above the site header. Our iPhone showed the button and the sheet on 14 September 2026. Two entry points, one shortcut.
One store listing is real, so name it here: Plasma Streaming. Its Stripchat article, updated 15 September 2026, links “For iOS: Download from the App Store” and “For Android: Download from Google Play”. That is broadcasting software for models, not a way to watch. Specs are in the models section below.
How to Add Stripchat to Your Home Screen on iPhone
Five steps, under a minute. We ran the first three in Safari on 14 September 2026; steps four and five are the sheet’s own wording.
- Open stripchat.com in Safari. The site’s instructions assume Safari’s share sheet.
- Sign in first if you already have an account.
- Tap Get Stripchat App. The “Get App for Notifications” sheet opens.
- Tap Share, the square with an arrow.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then confirm. The icon opens the site full screen.
One thing to check after: open the new icon and see whether you are still signed in. If not, sign in once inside it. Our Stripchat support guide covers the cases where sign-in fails. Stripchat on Android: Chrome’s “Add to Home screen”
We ran this batch on an iPhone, so the Android flow below is Chrome’s mechanism rather than something we photographed. It is the same install every progressive web app uses: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, tap Add to Home screen, confirm. Some sites raise their own install prompt instead; it does the same job.
Android differs from iPhone in one way that matters here. It permits installing apps from outside the store, and that permission is the entire business model of the APK pages further down. Our cam site apps section below compares how each major platform handles mobile.
What the Stripchat Mobile Site Can Do
The mobile layout puts a bar across the bottom: Home, Favorites, Strips, History, Messages. Strips has no desktop equivalent. It is a vertical feed of live rooms, one filling the screen at a time. Swipe up for the next room, tap the name to go in. TikTok, applied to cams.
Everything that costs tokens is there too: tips, private shows and interactive toy control. Rates do not change with the device, because each model sets her own. Stripchat’s category panel groups rooms by that rate — 3,542 rooms at 8 to 12 tokens a minute, 2,067 at 16 to 24, 1,536 at 32 to 60 and 450 at 90 or more, counted at 15:39 on 14 September 2026.

What the Stripchat App Sheet Actually Turns On: Notifications
Read the sheet’s heading again: “Get App for Notifications”. The icon is the wrapper; alerts are the pitch. It names three of them — new messages, models going live, and discount alerts. Notifications are the one thing the sheet promises that a plain bookmark cannot do.
Discount alerts are marketing, and worth a thought before you accept. On our account on 14 September 2026 both Product Update and Promo Email switches were already on. Token discounts are one-time: the 25% we bought on had vanished by our next visit, and the pack listed at €20.99 again.
If no alert ever arrives, the permission sits on the phone, not on the site. The icon can only notify after you open it and allow notifications when the phone asks. Stripchat Download, APK and “Mod APK”: What Exists and What Is Fake
The warning here is Stripchat’s, not ours. The app article quoted above says what to do with any such listing: “don’t install it. It may be fraudulent and unsafe”. It also calls the website “the only way to install the Stripchat mobile web app”.
The mechanics say the same. No viewer app ships through either store, and the site points to Add to Home Screen. So any file offered as a Stripchat APK was packaged by somebody who is not Stripchat, and it reaches your phone outside any store review. There is no genuine viewer download to compare it against.
The mod APK and unlimited token promises fail on mechanics, not on trust. Your balance lives on Stripchat’s servers. Nothing installed on a handset writes to it. An app claiming otherwise has to ask for your login to demonstrate the trick, and that request is the whole product.
These files usually promise a way past the sign-up wall as well. The same account article is blunt about it: “there is no official way to skip the account creation process and bypass the Stripchat paywall”. Watching public rooms needs no account anyway, which is the part the pitch leaves out.
If free tokens are the reason you are looking at these files, the real route is short and it is not an installer. Stripchat runs a draw inside the rooms: “Every hour we give 50 FREE tokens to 10 users with verified email accounts” (token giveaway article, updated 15 September 2026). The tab is called Get 50 Free Tokens, and a win has to be claimed within 10 minutes. We went through the rest in what free Stripchat tokens actually exist.
What the category holds instead, across cam brands: repackaged installers whose package names have no link to the platform (one portal copy seen in August 2026 identified itself as com.strcuco.coolchat), typosquatted listings inside Google Play under misspelled brand names (think “Stripechat”), and lookalike domains built to harvest logins. A store listing is not proof: the only genuine one belongs to the models’ broadcasting app.
If one is already on your phone: uninstall it, then change your Stripchat password from a browser rather than the app, and change it anywhere you reused it. Check your token history and your card statement for charges you do not recognise — card charges carry the biller’s name, not Stripchat’s: ours read Paymentico.com, and the checkout’s other card biller bills as EPOCH.COM *Technius.
Stripchat Mobile for Models: Broadcasting From a Phone
Models get a different mobile story. Broadcasting from a phone runs in the browser: log in to the model account on mobile, open the menu at the top right, tap Start Broadcasting. The browsers are named too — Chrome on Android, Safari on iOS (Stripchat help centre, updated 14 September 2026).
The handset is the catch, and the wording is blunt: “You won’t be able to broadcast using Honor, ZTE or Huawei smartphones”. Chinese phones are not recommended at all. The recommended list runs Samsung Galaxy S8+ to S10+, iPhone 7 and above, Google Pixel 2, Sony Xperia and tablets. A second article, updated 15 September 2026, gives the reason: “Your phone must support the WebRTC technology to stream”.
Connection thresholds are published as well. For 720p Stripchat asks at least 4 Mbps upload and download; for 1080p, 7 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload, with ping under 200 ms and jitter under 4 ms, measured at speedtest.stripchat.com. It also asks for a battery above 50%, a restart every one to two hours, and “Keep the broadcast page in the foreground” (mobile broadcasting article, updated 14 September 2026).
Then the app that does exist. Plasma Streaming is Stripchat’s mobile broadcasting app, listed in the App Store and Google Play: 480p to 1080p at up to 60 fps, background streaming, a built-in browser and picture-in-picture. Stripchat recommends iPhone 12 or newer on iOS 18, and the app works with Android 10 and above. Setup starts in Broadcast Center on the phone, in the Get the App panel.
Its default preset is High Quality, 720p at 30 fps, which the same article calls “equivalent to browser-based phone streaming”. Full HD sits above that at 30 or 60 fps. Lovense toys pair through the app’s built-in browser, the same flow as a desktop Broadcast Center. Live Sex Apps: Why No Cam Site Has a Real One (Stripchat Included)
Stripchat is not the odd one out. The two store rules in the first section of this page cover every live sex app, so no major cam site has a viewer app in the App Store or Google Play, and none can. What each one offers instead is its mobile site, and on most of them Add to Home Screen turns that site into an app-style icon. Stripchat leans on it hardest: its icon comes with notifications, while Chaturbate’s has no service worker behind it to deliver any (45 bundles checked on 15 September 2026).
Every “official” cam-site APK comes in through the same side door as the Stripchat files above, Android’s permission to install apps from outside the store, and every one was packaged by somebody other than the platform. One rule filters all of it, for every brand: no major cam platform distributes a native viewer app anywhere, so a listing that calls itself an official cam-site app has already told you it is fake.

Jerkmate app, LiveJasmin app: the same answer
Compared from their public mobile sites in August 2026, both land where Stripchat does: no store app, a mobile site in the browser. LiveJasmin runs one of the most polished mobile webs in the niche, and Add to Home Screen wraps it into app form; Jerkmate’s is plain. So a Jerkmate APK or a LiveJasmin download comes from someone other than the platform. CamSoda, MyFreeCams and BongaCams follow the same pattern in the table: a mobile site and no store listing.

Is there a Stripchat app for Android or iPhone?
No app for viewers. Neither store lists one: we checked both on 14 September 2026 and came up empty, and the site itself points to Add to Home Screen instead. Apple bars overtly sexual content, and Google Play bars apps that “contain or promote sexual content”. The mobile site is the supported route on both systems. The one genuine listing, Plasma Streaming, is a broadcasting tool for models.
How do I download Stripchat on my phone?
You do not download anything. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Get Stripchat App, then follow the sheet: tap Share, tap Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome’s three-dot menu and Add to Home screen. Either way the icon opens the real site, so there is no version to keep updating.
Is there a Stripchat APK?
Not an official one. Because no viewer app ships through Google Play, every APK carrying the name was built and hosted by a third party, outside store review, with your login and payment activity passing through it. Treat the whole category as unsafe rather than judging individual files.
Is a Stripchat mod APK or unlimited token APK safe?
No, and the promise cannot work. Token balances sit on Stripchat’s servers, so no installed app can raise one. What such an app can do is collect the credentials you type into it. The only free tokens we have found on the platform come from its own hourly draw, described in our tokens guide.

Not to watch. Public rooms open without an account or a card. You need a free account to write in chat, message models and hold a token balance, and you want to be signed in before you add the icon so the shortcut opens on your own account.

Can I broadcast on Stripchat from my phone browser?

Is there a live sex application or a cam to cam app that is safe to install?
Not from a store or an APK site. No major cam platform publishes a viewer app, so every file sold as one comes from a third party, with your login passing through it. The safe install is the site’s own Add to Home Screen icon, because the real site serves it, and a bookmark in a private browser profile is more discreet still. Cam to cam is a feature inside the site, such as Stripchat’s Exclusive Private, not a separate app. If an APK is already on an Android phone: uninstall it, change the password from a browser, run Play Protect, and check what its accessibility or notification permissions could see.
Is there a Jerkmate mobile or LiveJasmin mobile app?
Not as store apps. Both run as mobile sites in the browser, compared from their public mobile sites in August 2026: LiveJasmin’s is one of the most polished in the niche, and Add to Home Screen wraps it into app form; Jerkmate’s is a plain mobile site. Anything presenting itself as an official Jerkmate or LiveJasmin download is third-party.
Is there a porn live app, or a live app with nude cams, in the App Store?
No. Apple’s guidelines rule out overtly sexual content, and Google Play bans apps “intended to be sexually gratifying”, so no live cam site has a store app. Listings that look like one are lookalikes from third parties, often under typosquatted names; check the developer name and it is never the platform. The working route is the site itself in Safari or Chrome, added to the home screen.
Bottom Line
The Stripchat app question has a short answer and a useful one. Short: none for viewers in either store, which the platform states in writing and we confirmed by searching on 14 September 2026. Useful: the site’s own two-step shortcut gives you a full-screen icon, the Strips feed and three kinds of notification, and it cannot be counterfeit, because it is the site. The one listing that is genuine, Plasma Streaming, is for models who broadcast.
