Chaturbate Support and Help: Contact, Is Chaturbate Down, Bans and Deleting Your Account, From Chaturbate’s Own Pages
Chaturbate support has three addresses, and the wrong one costs you days. Account, technical and ban questions go to the help centre at support.chaturbate.com. Card charges go to chaturbate.com/billingsupport/, matched to the descriptor on your statement. Takedowns go to two Zendesk forms in the site footer. First, though, check status.chaturbate.com: Chaturbate runs an official status page, so “is Chaturbate down” has a real answer. Read from Chaturbate’s own pages, 15 September 2026.
Quick verdict: the help centre is big and open — 146 English articles on 15 September 2026 — yet no reply time is published anywhere. The one deadline in writing covers behaviour reports: “in no event more than 4 business days.” The ban appeal is a single sentence. Billing has four phone numbers; nothing else does.

Where Chaturbate support actually lives (three entry points)
Signed out, chaturbate.com/support/ gives you no form. Fetched at 06:25 UTC on 15 September 2026 it held one line of substance: “Questions? Find articles, help, and advice on https://support.chaturbate.com/”. No categories, no fields, no phone. Chaturbate’s own troubleshooting article still tells you to upload screenshots there, so a form may sit behind the login; without an account the page is a signpost.
The signpost points at the real help centre, on Zendesk, holding 146 English articles when we pulled its public index on 15 September 2026. Account, streaming, payout and ban articles all live there. The Get Support article carries the only availability claim Chaturbate makes: “The Chaturbate support team is available 24/7”. Availability is not speed, and no reply target sits beside it.
The second entry point is the footer of chaturbate.com. Its support links do not all go to the same place:

The third entry point is plain email. Five addresses are published across the Terms, the privacy policy and the help centre: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] for the DMCA agent, and [email protected] for a returned payout. Cloudflare obfuscation hides them on the live pages, which is why they are easy to miss.
One honest gap: the ticket forms return 403 to anonymous requests, so their required fields cannot be listed from outside. We have not opened a ticket with Chaturbate, and publish no reply-time estimate of our own. Our Stripchat support page maps the same ground there.
Billing support: phones, descriptors and what to have ready
Billing is the one part of Chaturbate support with a telephone. The page instruction is blunt: “Please identify which billing descriptor is on your credit card statement and use the table below to find your support contact.” Two rows, two different companies. This is what it listed on 15 September 2026:

Two notes on that list. Our working notes from early September carried 1-877-338-7045; the live page today shows (877) 338-7068, so we corrected our number, not the site’s. And our own card purchase of 3 September 2026 billed as mmbill.com (the checkout warns it can also show as chaturbill.com) — neither “Chaturbate” nor “Epoch”. Expect a name you do not recognise.
Before you call, have the descriptor, charge date, amount, last four card digits, username and account email in front of you. The phone team cannot find a charge you cannot name. If the question is what the charge bought, the package maths sits in our Chaturbate token price guide.
Is Chaturbate down? Read the official status page
Chaturbate runs an Atlassian status page at status.chaturbate.com, set to America/Phoenix — MST, the clock its payout articles run on; one of them spells it out as “CB Time (Mountain Time Zone)”. At 06:50 UTC on 15 September 2026 its public JSON read “All Systems Operational”, with zero open incidents, zero scheduled maintenance and 34 rows in its component list.
The component list tells you which half of the site is broken. Website, Chat, Streaming, Support, Billing, Apps, Follower Notifications and Testbed each have their own row, with nineteen streaming locations nested under Streaming, from Ashburn and Miami to Frankfurt, Tokyo and Bogotá. Two Cloudflare services and two Google Cloud services are listed too. A red dot on one location beside a green Website row means your region, not the site.
The incident feed starts on 30 December 2020 and held 45 entries. Six fall in 2026, and the impact labels are Chaturbate’s own:

Two things fall out of that table. Chaturbate’s bad days in 2026 were verification and third-party breakage, not the site collapsing. And an incident can stay open for weeks while your own session runs fine, so read the description.
Chaturbate not working but status is green: Chaturbate’s own checklist
Chaturbate keeps a troubleshooting article for a black or missing stream, updated 14 September 2026. Its list, in order: an out-of-date Chrome, the browser cache, a firewall or antivirus set too strictly — Kaspersky is named by product — Chrome extensions, a VPN to switch off or relocate, and connection speed.
The 2026 incident feed adds two fixes no generic checklist gives you. From 22 April to 21 May 2026, new Firefox builds broke the site only in Private Browsing; the workaround was turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection from the shield icon. On 6 and 7 January 2026 a bad rule in a third-party ad-block list stopped content loading, so disabling the blocker is a real test.
Address mix-ups cause their own false alarms. There is no separate mobile site to be down: m.chaturbate.com answered with a 302 redirect to chaturbate.com at 06:25 UTC on 15 September 2026. There is no app to reinstall either: the help-centre article on adding a Chaturbate icon to your home screen states that no official Chaturbate app exists, only that shortcut. One more trap, from our own measurements: the help-centre HTML and the ticket forms answer 403 to scripted requests, while the same articles come back in full through Chaturbate’s public Zendesk API. A tool that fails is not a site that is down.
Banned on Chaturbate: rules, lifetime bans and the appeal
Chaturbate publishes the rules it bans for. The Site rules article, updated 14 September 2026, covers abusive language, racism and hate speech; harassment, where the wording is flat — “Causing issues with other users will result in a ban”; broadcasting while intoxicated, by alcohol or any drug including prescription medication; drugs on camera even where legal, medical marijuana named; and broadcasting where bystanders could end up in shot.
Viewers get banned too. The clause that catches them sits in the Terms under Token Use: “Requesting or demanding specific acts for tips may result in a ban from the Platform for all parties involved.” Tip menus are model-set, and pushing past one breaks the rule on both sides of the camera.
Then the top tier. In the Safety & Consent article’s words, anything touching trafficking or coerced consent — “or even the suggestion of such activity” — brings “an immediate permanent ban and a direct report to federal and local law enforcement, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and all other relevant authorities”, and the same article bans simulating or role-playing it. Coerced consent there covers third-party pressure, intoxication, economic pressure and threats. NCMEC is a separate track: the Terms reserve reports to it for anything involving a minor.
Appendix C makes a Code of Conduct breach material, with “immediate account suspension or termination, a lifetime ban”. All accounts, uploads and broadcasts are subject to real-time monitoring.
The appeal is where the documentation runs out. The whole official procedure, from the “Why was I banned” article updated 15 September 2026, is one clause: “please contact support with your username, and we’ll look into your account”. No form, no deadline, no criteria. Make the one message count: account email, username, date and time in CB Time, what you were doing. The 4-business-day line covers reports about other people, not your own case.
A ban is not the only way to lose access. The help centre says changes to Sweden’s Sex Purchase Act “effectively prevent members of the Chaturbate community having a presence in the territorial borders of Sweden from continuing as members”. That is geography, not conduct, and support cannot undo it.
Chaturbate age verification: why you are asked, how to verify
Anyone who appears on camera has to verify. The official steps: sign the Independent Broadcaster Agreement, supply a government photo ID showing date of birth, photo, ID number and legal name, then a selfie with your face visible — and do not hold the ID to your face. Refused: expired documents, temporary permits, handwritten or edited images, birth certificates, military IDs. Accepted: plastic government IDs, driving licences, passports. The Terms ask for a “live selfie video” as well.
Verification now reaches viewers as well. The Cam2Cam article, last edited 4 August 2026, says that “due to age verification law requirements, use of the Cam-to-Cam feature requires that you complete our streamlined age verification process”. That gates a feature, not watching.
If your ID keeps bouncing, read the status page before re-uploading. The vendor is Yoti: the 11 to 18 May 2026 major incident names Yoti.com by domain, and a second entry ran from 20 May to 24 June 2026, when the upstream provider auto-denied uploads. Both were a supplier failing, not your document.
How to Delete a Chaturbate Account: Disable First, Then Permanent Deletion
Deleting a Chaturbate account takes two steps, and only the first is a button. The Disable Account link sits at the very bottom of the homepage and appears only when you are signed in, so signed out you will not find it. The second step is a written request for erasure. Settle the money before either: tips, deposits and memberships each follow their own rule.
Before you disable, settle three things.
- The balance. Tips already sent are final under the Terms. Money still in the account is another matter: the Terms (last modified 14 January 2026) say a viewer who closes an account with money on deposit “for use as tokens” can withdraw it, less third-party processing costs, by contacting customer support. A broadcaster’s remaining tokens go to the payout method on file on the next payout date.
- Recurring charges. Supporter, at $19.95 a month, and fan club memberships are cancelled on the Memberships tab of your profile, and Chaturbate emails the date your access ends. Auto-Token Refill is off unless you switched it on; the Terms let you disable it in account settings.
- Your records. Screenshot Token Stats if you track spending, and payout records if you broadcast. Once an account is closed, the Terms warn that its information “may be irretrievable”.
Step 1: disable the account yourself. Sign in, scroll to the very bottom of the homepage and click Disable Account. It opens a Privacy Center page with one checkbox, “I confirm I want to disable my account”, a reCAPTCHA and a Disable My Account button.
That page states the effect in Chaturbate’s own words (our account, September 2026): disabling will “disable it and prevent further use”, and your account information “will then be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies”. It also warns: “we may not be able to re-enable it in future”.
The help centre is more exact. Its article “How do I deactivate my account?” (read 15 September 2026) sends anyone who disabled by mistake to the support help form, and sets a hard limit: “accounts that have been deactivated for over 120 days cannot be reactivated”. Until day 120 the step can be undone through support; after that it cannot.
Step 2: ask for permanent deletion in writing. The disable page promises deletion under Chaturbate’s retention policies but gives no date. A written request gets the erasure confirmed to you:
- Write from the email on the account and give your username, the same details the table at the top asks for.
- Ask for “permanent deletion of the account and associated data”, in those words, not “close my account”.
- Send it to [email protected] or to [email protected], the privacy address Chaturbate publishes.
- Keep the reply. Chaturbate publishes no processing time for deletion, as for every other ticket.
In the EU or UK, calling it a GDPR erasure request puts a legal deadline on the reply; California residents can cite the CCPA. The Terms set limits on erasure: Chaturbate “may retain copies” of content you uploaded in connection with age verification obligations and licences already granted to other members, though it stops offering that content once the request is processed.
Copies on other websites sit outside any deletion; the help centre article “My content is being used on another site” takes those as takedown requests listing the exact video or image URLs.
Chaturbate delete profile vs disable account: what is the difference?
Disable is the self-service switch: one page, no email to anyone, and support can undo it for 120 days. Deleting the profile is the written step: a request to erase the account and its data, confirmed to you in a reply rather than left to a retention schedule with no date on it.
- Disable: one page with a checkbox and a reCAPTCHA; you are out at once; reversible through support within the window.
- Delete profile and data: a written request to support or the privacy address; no published processing time; no way back.
- Money: tips are final; unspent deposit comes back on request under the Terms; memberships are cancelled on their own tab.

Supporter ($19.95 a month) and fan club memberships are cancelled on the Memberships tab of your profile, and Chaturbate emails the date access ends. Auto-Token Refill is off unless you turned it on, and the Terms let you disable it in account settings. Then check the next statement for mmbill.com or chaturbill.com (EPOCH.COM for Epoch payments): the Terms treat a billing error not reported within 30 days as accepted.
Bottom line
Route by topic and you save a week: help centre for the account, /billingsupport/ for the card, footer forms for content, status page before any of them. Take the descriptor to the phone call. Leaving for good goes in one order: balance, memberships, Disable Account, then erasure in writing.
The weak spot is the appeal. One sentence of procedure and real-time monitoring behind it means a ban is cheap to issue and expensive to argue with. Read the Site rules article before you broadcast.
