Cam2cam (C2C) means switching on your own webcam during a private show, so the performer sees you too. Ten minutes of it ran about $42 in the Stripchat room we asked on 14 September 2026.
Quick answer: cam2cam is normally part of the private rate on LiveJasmin, from $2.40/min — the model sets that price herself. Stripchat bundles it into Exclusive Private — $4.22/min in the room we asked. Chaturbate’s toggle is free; you pay the model’s private rate.

What Is Cam2Cam?
In a normal cam show, video runs one way: the performer broadcasts, you watch and type. Cam2cam adds a return feed from your webcam, so it becomes a two-way video call rather than a broadcast.
Three things people commonly get wrong about it:
- It’s a private-show feature almost everywhere. On most platforms C2C only exists inside a paid one-on-one. The exception we verified first-hand is Chaturbate: a free Cam To Cam control sits under the player even in free chat — enabling it just lets the broadcaster open your feed, and models treat actually watching it as a private-show extra.
- It’s optional at every step. Nobody can switch your camera on. Entering a private show doesn’t enable C2C, and performers can’t force it.
- Only the performer sees you — not the room, not other users. But see the privacy section below, because “only the performer” isn’t the same as “nobody, ever”.
Some platforms also offer two-way audio, which is a separate thing — you can talk rather than type. LiveJasmin is the main platform where that’s a standard feature. Toy control is separate again: your tip drives her interactive toy — the tip ladders we measured ourselves were on Lovense devices — and C2C is not required for it; see our OhMiBod cam guide.
Cam2Cam Cost on Every Major Site
This is where platforms differ most, and where almost no comparison bothers to look. The number that matters isn’t the private-show rate — it’s the private rate plus whatever C2C adds on top.
| Platform | C2C pricing | Private base rate | Real cost with C2C |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripchat | Included free in Exclusive Private | Model-set; Cam2Cam sits in Exclusive Private, which every room we saw priced above its Private rate (32 → 44 and 90 → 150 tk/min); 10-minute minimum in the room we asked | $4.22/min in the room we asked (44 tk/min); other rooms differ |
| Chaturbate | No platform fee — free toggle; any surcharge is a model-set room rule (some sell C2C via tip menu) | $2.40–7.20/min | $2.40–7.20/min + the room’s own rules |
| LiveJasmin | Usually inside the private; the model prices Cam2Cam and two-way audio herself | from $2.40/min (typical range $2.40–7.20) | from $2.40/min |
| CamSoda | Model-set | 6–120+ tk/min (site filter bands) | 10-min minimum billed upfront (a 60 tk/min room = 600-token entry) |
| BongaCams | Model-set | varies | varies |
| Jerkmate | Premium feature, costs Gold | Model-set per minute (no public list) | Model-set + Gold |
What this means in practice. Ten minutes of cam2cam ran about $42 on Stripchat in the room we asked — 44 tokens a minute for the Exclusive Private that carries it, 10-minute minimum. Other rooms set other rates. LiveJasmin comes to about $24 at its floor rate, with C2C normally inside the private — though the model prices Cam2Cam herself. Chaturbate lands at $24–72: the private rate alone, since the toggle is free.
Jerkmate has no total: the model sets her own per-minute rate, cam2cam is billed as extra Gold, and neither figure is public. That is a wider spread than almost any other feature on these platforms.
A correction we owe. This page used to repeat a ~32 tk/min Chaturbate C2C fee, copied from other comparisons. Our own September 2026 session found no such meter in the room UI. What varies is the model’s private rate and her own menu rules.
One number withdrawn. An earlier version of this page carried a Jerkmate bar on that chart. It rested on a per-minute range we can no longer source. We re-read Jerkmate’s FAQ and cam pages on 15 September 2026: no dollar rate per minute appears anywhere on them. Private, exclusive and cam2cam time is described as charged per minute, nothing more. That is why Jerkmate is not charted above.

How to Use Cam2Cam
- Register and buy tokens — everywhere except Chaturbate the C2C control only appears inside a paid private, and even there the private show is what you’ll actually use it in.
- Check the room’s rates first, including whether C2C is charged separately. This is the step that prevents bill shock.
- Start a private show with the performer.
- Enable cam2cam from the player controls — a camera icon, or on Chaturbate the Cam To Cam link under the player. Your browser will ask for webcam permission.
- Check your frame before granting access — see the privacy section below.
- Disable it any time with the same control; the private show continues without it.
If your camera doesn’t appear: check browser permissions for the site, close other apps holding the webcam (video-call software is the usual culprit), and try a different browser. Ad-blocking and privacy extensions also interfere with the media permission prompt on adult sites.
How to Cam2Cam on Chaturbate (C2C)
Chaturbate is the one platform where C2C starts outside a private show. The Cam To Cam link sits under the player in free chat, and the toggle is free — we checked it on our own account in September 2026.
- Click the Cam To Cam link under the player.
- Accept the broadcaster agreement — 18+, and consent to your image being broadcast.
- Grant the browser permission in My Cam Preview. Nothing transmits before that.
- Watch the camera icon: orange means the broadcaster is viewing you.
- Ask about her C2C rule before starting a private. One room sold C2C as a 151-token tip-menu item and warned that privates carry “additional tokens by menu type”.
Budget the private, not the toggle: privates run 6–150 tokens a minute, usually 30–90 — $2.40 to $7.20 a minute at $0.08 a token, checked 1 September 2026. The rate and the minimum sit in the room’s own request window, so check them before you start: open Chaturbate and read the room’s rate →
Stripchat Cam2Cam: Exclusive Private and the C2C Surcharge
Cam2cam on Stripchat is a property of the show type. The private-request dialog we opened on 14 September 2026 listed two tiers in one room: Private at 32 tokens a minute, Exclusive Private at 44, a 10-minute minimum on both. Only the Exclusive line carried “Video call (Cam2Cam) available”, next to “Nobody can spy” and “Only you get recording”.
The C2C premium here is the gap between the tiers, and the model sets it — 12 tokens a minute in that room, so ten minutes of cam2cam ran 440 tokens, about $42. Another room that afternoon priced the private at 90 tokens a minute with a pinned offer of “150tk/minute including C2C”. Every room we opened priced Exclusive above Private; read the dialog, not this page.
Privacy: What to Know Before Switching Your Camera On
This section matters more than the pricing. Read it before you grant camera access.
- Assume it can be recorded. Platform rules prohibit it, but a rule isn’t a technical barrier — anything on screen can be captured. Decide what you’re comfortable with on that basis, not on the basis of the terms of service.
- Your face is optional. Plenty of C2C users frame the shot to exclude their face entirely. Nothing requires it, and performers generally don’t mind.
- Check the background. Mail on a desk, framed photos, a distinctive view, work uniform, visible house number — these identify you far more reliably than a face does.
- Watch what’s behind you in mirrors and screens. A reflected monitor showing your email is a genuinely common mistake.
- Never share contact details or agree to move to another app. Anyone pushing for that is running an angle, not being friendly.
- Cover the camera when you’re done. Habit, not paranoia.
None of this means avoid C2C — it means treat enabling your camera as a deliberate decision rather than a click. The people who regret it almost always skipped the thirty seconds of checking the frame.
Which Site Is Best for Cam2Cam?
| If you want… | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The lowest C2C rate | LiveJasmin on average | C2C normally rides inside privates from $2.40/min, at a price the model sets. Stripchat bundles it into Exclusive Private, which the model prices above her Private rate: $4.22/min in the room we asked |
| Two-way audio as well | LiveJasmin | Talk rather than type; C2C normally inside the private, from $2.40/min |
| The widest model choice | Chaturbate | Most rooms overall — the C2C toggle is free; you pay the model-set private rate. Live rooms per category are counted in our cam categories guide |
| Random matching | Jerkmate | Roulette format; C2C costs extra Gold each minute, with no rate published anywhere |
One structural point in Stripchat’s favour beyond price: because C2C is folded into the Exclusive Private rate rather than metered separately, the cost you agree at the start is the cost you pay. On platforms where it’s a per-minute add-on, the running total moves faster than people expect.
Jerkmate cam to cam
We opened a Jerkmate account on 16 September 2026 but have not bought a private show there, so the rates below come from Jerkmate’s public pages, not our own bills. Jerkmate bills in Gold: 1 Gold = $1 before tax, and the toy panel in our account priced 3 Gold at €3.25 including 19% VAT — that VAT rate follows the payer’s country.
Privates are charged by the minute at a rate fixed on each model’s profile, and cam-to-cam runs extra Gold on the same meter. Jerkmate publishes no rate list (read 15 September 2026). The free side asks for no card, but leaves part of the content blurred until one is on file. Roulette matching is the reason to pick it.
Streamate cam to cam
We have no verified cam-to-cam figure for Streamate, so it is absent from the table above — we have never paid for a show there, and we will not quote a per-minute number from another comparison.
Deeper comparisons: Stripchat review · Chaturbate review · LiveJasmin review · Jerkmate review.
SkyPrivate takes a different route, selling one-to-one sessions outside the cam sites through a messenger app instead of a browser room. If you only want to text or talk, our sexting and phone sex guide compares it with AI chat apps and phone sex lines.
Cam to Cam Masturbation: Masturbate Cams, Mutual Sessions and What They Cost
On a cam site, a mutual masturbation session means cam2cam inside a private show: both cameras run, and only the performer sees your feed. You pay the private rate plus whatever cam2cam adds, and the performer’s own room rules decide the rest.
What ten minutes cost at the rates we read in our own accounts:
- Stripchat: about $42. Cam2cam comes with Exclusive Private, 44 tokens a minute with a 10-minute minimum in one room we checked on 14 September 2026.
- Chaturbate: $24–72. The C2C toggle is free; privates usually run 30–90 tokens a minute (checked 1 September 2026).
- CamSoda: 600 tokens at minimum in a 60-token-a-minute room, because the 10-minute minimum is billed upfront (4 September 2026).
LiveJasmin’s public pages start privates from $2.40 a minute, and the model prices Cam2Cam herself. Before you switch the camera on, run through the privacy checklist above. If you want a man on the other camera, the men’s rooms and their private rates are compared in our gay cam to cam chat guide.
Cam to Cam Legit Sites: How to Tell Which Are Real
Searches for legit cam to cam sites exist because the space is full of the opposite — lookalike domains, “free c2c” pages that harvest camera permissions, and portals that imitate real platforms. The legitimacy test is short:
- Verified performers — a legit platform ID-checks who broadcasts. Random strangers ≠ verified models.
- You can browse before paying — every legitimate major platform lets you see the product first. A site demanding a card before showing anything is answering your question for you.
- Payments stay on-platform through recognised processors — never direct transfers, gift cards or crypto to an individual.
- The domain is the real one — stripchat.com, chaturbate.com, livejasmin.com, camsoda.com, bongacams.com, jerkmate.com. Hyphenated or suffixed variants are imitations.
All six platforms in the pricing table above pass every test — they are the legit cam2cam options. We read the C2C terms inside our own accounts on Stripchat, Chaturbate and CamSoda; for LiveJasmin, BongaCams and Jerkmate they come from the platforms’ own public pages.
Where they differ is cost and structure, which is exactly what that table shows: Stripchat bundles C2C free into Exclusive Private, Chaturbate’s toggle is free with model-set room rules on top, Jerkmate charges premium for it.
Cam2Cam vs Random Cam Chat
Searches for cam2cam turn up two different things. Know which one you actually want.
- Cam2cam on cam sites — what this page covers. A paid two-way feature inside a private show with a professional performer who chose to be there.
- Random cam chat (Omegle-style sites) — free, matches you with strangers, no vetting, no moderation guarantees, and no professional context. Different experience, different risks entirely.
The free option costs nothing, and that is exactly why the safety calculus differs. On a cam platform you are in a transaction with a verified performer. On a random chat site you have no idea who is on the other end, or what they are recording. If the roulette format is what you actually want, our adult Omegle alternatives guide covers the sites that run it.
Where These Numbers Come From
C2C pricing and availability come from each platform’s own help pages and booking dialogs: Chaturbate’s live checkout and our own account on 1 September 2026, the Stripchat private-request dialog on 14 September 2026, the CamSoda private dialog in our own account on 4 September 2026, and the public rate pages of LiveJasmin and BongaCams. Model-set rates vary by room, so the figure displayed before you start is the authority.
Jerkmate is the exception: we re-read its FAQ and cam pages on 15 September 2026 and found no per-minute dollar figure published, so the table above carries none for it.
First-hand: Stripchat, Chaturbate, CamSoda and BongaCams — accounts we opened and paid on ourselves — and Jerkmate, where we opened an account on 16 September 2026 but have not bought a private show, so its per-minute prices come from public pages rather than our own bills. Chaturbate’s C2C mechanics — the free toggle, the broadcaster agreement, the My Cam Preview window — come from our own account, September 2026.
LiveJasmin, Streamate and BongaCams’ cam2cam terms are compared from public data: checkout pages, help centres and terms, checked on the dates shown above. Privacy guidance reflects standard practice rather than any single platform’s policy.
We earn a commission from the affiliate programs of the platforms we review; the current list of every program is on our affiliate disclosure page. On this page the affiliate links are: Stripchat, LiveJasmin, Chaturbate, CamSoda, BongaCams and Jerkmate. Stripchat’s structural edge is that C2C is bundled into Exclusive Private rather than metered. But that Exclusive rate is the model’s own, and it sat above her Private rate in every room we checked.
LiveJasmin’s floor of $2.40/min can beat it. The competing numbers are on this page so you can check rather than take our word for it.

FAQ — Cam2Cam
What does cam2cam mean?
Two-way video during a private cam show — you turn on your own webcam so the performer can see you as well. It’s optional, only available inside paid private shows, and only the performer sees your feed, not the wider room.
How much does cam2cam cost?
It depends entirely on the platform’s structure. Stripchat includes it in Exclusive Private shows; the rate is the model’s own and sits above her Private rate — 44 tokens a minute ($4.22) in the room we asked, with a 10-minute minimum. Chaturbate has no platform C2C fee at all — the toggle is free, so you pay the model’s private rate plus any surcharge her own room rules set. Jerkmate makes it a premium feature: extra Gold per minute, added to a private rate fixed on the model’s profile, and Jerkmate does not publish that rate (checked 15 September 2026).
Is cam2cam free anywhere?
The C2C part itself is free on Chaturbate and inside Stripchat’s Exclusive Private; on LiveJasmin it normally rides inside the private, but the model sets the Cam2Cam price herself. Either way the private show around it is paid everywhere, so C2C time always costs at least the private rate. Free two-way video exists on random cam chat sites, but that’s a different thing entirely: strangers rather than verified performers.
Can the model record my cam2cam feed?
Platform rules prohibit it, but rules aren’t a technical barrier — anything displayed on a screen can be captured. Assume recording is possible, keep your face out of frame if that matters to you, and check your background before granting camera access.
Do other viewers see me in cam2cam?
No. C2C exists only inside one-on-one private shows, so your feed goes to the performer alone — never the public room or other users.
Which cam site has the cheapest cam2cam?
It depends on the room. LiveJasmin normally rides C2C inside privates from $2.40/min, at a price the model sets; Stripchat bundles it into Exclusive Private, which models price above their Private rate ($4.22/min in the room we asked); Chaturbate’s toggle is free, but its model-set private rates run 30–90 tokens a minute, $2.40–7.20.
What are good cam to cam sites?
Six platforms pass the legitimacy checks above and support C2C: Stripchat, Chaturbate, LiveJasmin, CamSoda, BongaCams and Jerkmate — for LiveJasmin, BongaCams and Jerkmate that comes from their public pages, not our own sessions. LiveJasmin has the lowest rate on average, with C2C and two-way audio normally inside privates from $2.40 a minute, at a price the model sets. Chaturbate has the widest choice and a free toggle. Stripchat bundles C2C into Exclusive Private, priced above Private in every room we opened.
What is the best 1 on 1 masturbation site?
Three sites stand out, each priced differently. Chaturbate’s C2C toggle is free, so a one-on-one session costs the model’s private rate, usually $2.40–7.20 a minute (checked 1 September 2026). LiveJasmin’s public pages start privates from $2.40 a minute, with the model pricing Cam2Cam herself. Stripchat folds cam2cam into Exclusive Private, where nobody can spy: 44 tokens a minute, about $4.22, in one room we checked on 14 September 2026.
Why won’t my webcam start in cam2cam?
Usually browser permissions, or another application holding the camera — video-call software is the common culprit. Check site permissions, close other apps, disable privacy extensions temporarily, or try a different browser.
Bottom Line
Cam2cam is the feature where the usual platform ranking inverts. Chaturbate’s C2C toggle is actually free — but its model-set private rates still put a 10-minute session at $24–72, while Stripchat’s Exclusive Private ran the same ten minutes at $42 in the room we asked, and LiveJasmin comes to about $24 at its floor rate.
Jerkmate is the one route you cannot total in advance: the model sets her per-minute rate, cam2cam adds Gold on top, and neither number is published.
Whichever you choose, spend the thirty seconds on your frame and background before you grant camera access. That’s the part you can’t undo later.
