No cam platform sets private-show prices. Every model sets her own. So among the cheapest sex cam sites, the winner is whichever one makes cheap rooms easy to find. At 15:39 on 14 September 2026 that was Stripchat: 3,542 rooms sat in its 8–12 tokens-a-minute band, more than any other. Tokens are a separate contest, and CamSoda won ours at $0.050 each.

What “cheapest” means when every model sets her own price
A cam site sells you tokens. A model sells you her time. Those are two different prices, and only the first one is printed on a page you can bookmark.
Every private rate, tip-menu item, show minimum and recording fee on these sites is set room by room. The platforms group rooms into price bands so you can filter. A band is a bucket of rooms, not a price list — it tells you how many models chose that rate at the moment you looked.
That is why every count on this page carries a date and a clock time. Room counts move through the day. The whole Stripchat site showed 10,823 rooms live at 00:25 on 14 September 2026 and 8,241 at 14:46 the same day — nearly a quarter fewer in the afternoon.
What we paid ourselves: 100 Chaturbate tokens for $10.99 by card on 3 September 2026. The CamSoda new-user pack, 300 tokens for $14.99, on 4 September 2026. A Stripchat 200-token pack for €15.99 on 14 September 2026, discounted 25% from €20.99 as a one-time offer. BongaCams, LiveJasmin and Jerkmate are compared from public data — we did not buy on them.
Cheapest private shows: Stripchat’s price filter bands (14 September 2026)
Stripchat is the only site here that shows you, in one panel, how many rooms sit at each price. On 14 September 2026 at 15:39 the Private Shows block read: 8–12 tk 3,542 rooms · 16–24 tk 2,067 · 32–60 tk 1,536 · 90+ tk 450.
Put money on it. At the 520-pack rate of $0.096 a token, the 8–12 band works out near $0.77–1.15 a minute. Thirty minutes in an 8 tk/min room costs 240 tokens, roughly $23.
Then the same afternoon we opened a room asking 32 tk/min for Private and 44 tk/min for Exclusive, with a 10-minute minimum on both. Thirty minutes there is 960 tokens, about $92. Same site, same hour, four times the bill. Two other rooms that day asked 60 and 90 tk/min.

Token prices compared: what a token really costs
Token price is the one number every “cheap cam girls” listicle quotes. Here is what our cards were charged, plus the public rates for the three sites we did not buy on.

The spread is wide. The worst rate on this page is $0.140 — the 50-token starter pack that both Chaturbate and CamSoda sell. The best is $0.050, and it fires once per CamSoda account and never returns. We watched the slot vanish from our own menu straight after buying.
Two traps. CamSoda’s PayPal menu runs about 10% dearer than its card menu and does not carry the intro deal at all. Chaturbate bills crypto and wire at a flat $0.08 a token, which beats its own card packs below 1,000 tokens.
One site we left out of the table is MyFreeCams, whose packs run $0.091–0.110 a token. That is Chaturbate territory without Chaturbate’s bulk tail, so it changes none of the rankings above.

Cheap cam2cam: where C2C is included and where it is an upsell
Cam2cam is two-way video inside a private show. No platform meters it on its own. What changes is which show tier carries it, and whether the model prices that tier higher.
- LiveJasmin — cheapest on average. C2C and two-way audio sit inside a private that starts from $2.40 a minute, per public data.
- Chaturbate — the Cam To Cam toggle is free and reachable from free chat. Any surcharge is the model’s own room rule. One room we opened sold it as a 151-token tip-menu item.
- Stripchat — C2C rides in Exclusive Private, and every room we saw on 14 September 2026 priced Exclusive above Private: 32 tk to 44 tk in one room, 90 tk to a pinned “150tk/minute including C2C” in another.
- CamSoda — cam2cam is allowed in any private. The dialog we opened wanted 60 tk/min, a 10-minute minimum, billed upfront: 600 tokens before the first frame.
- Jerkmate — a premium feature that costs Gold on top of the model’s per-minute rate. Its own FAQ calls Cam2Cam “Charged per minute” and prints no figure (checked 15 September 2026).

Free options that are actually free
Four of the six sites here open into live public rooms with no account and no card: Stripchat, Chaturbate, CamSoda and BongaCams. That is the real free tier. Everything below it is a small bonus, not a budget.
- Stripchat runs an hourly draw for 50 tokens. On 14 September 2026 the bar at the bottom of a room read “The next draw starts in 03:20” next to a link to last hour’s winners. Details on our free Stripchat tokens page.
- BongaCams gives 10 free tokens for confirming your email — the only genuine free route in public data. See the BongaCams review.
- Chaturbate has no free-token promo for viewers beyond bring-a-friend, which pays 10 tokens per registration.
- CamSoda shows an in-room banner: “CamSoda rewards our nicest users with 1,000 free tokens each week”. We saw it on 4 September 2026 with no rules, no entry form and no schedule attached, and our token history from that session logged only the 300 we bought and 200 from a membership.
Free chat is where the price bands do their real work. You can sit in a room, read the tip menu and check the private rate before a single token leaves your balance.
Two sites break the pattern. LiveJasmin holds its free credits behind a verified card. Jerkmate asks for a payment card at signup, so browsing is all you get for nothing — our Jerkmate review has the detail.
Where cheap cam sites get expensive
Cheap tokens do not make a cheap session. These are the five places the bill grows.
- Per-minute billing with no published rate. Jerkmate wants a card at signup, and it bills private shows, exclusive shows and cam2cam by the minute. Its FAQ says only “Charged per minute”; each model sets her rate on her own profile (checked 15 September 2026). LiveJasmin privates start from $2.40 a minute — the bottom of its range, not an average.
- Minimums billed upfront. The Stripchat room we asked on 14 September 2026 held a 10-minute minimum, so 32 tk/min means 320 tokens to begin. The CamSoda dialog charged its 10 minutes upfront: 600 tokens at 60 tk/min.
- Cam2cam tiers. On Stripchat the C2C-capable Exclusive Private cost more than Private in every room we saw that day.
- Memberships that do not touch private rates. Stripchat Ultimate is €19.99 a month. Its official perk table lists auto-translation, invisible mode, stream previews and the rest — no private-show discount. The checkout checkbox is unticked by default and reads “Would you like to try Ultimate Membership for 7 days for FREE? Only €19.99/month after!”
- Top-up settings. Stripchat Auto-Refill, Chaturbate Auto Refill and CamSoda Easy re-ups all ship switched off. Left alone, every top-up stays a click you make.
There is a cheap seat worth knowing. Spy shows let you watch someone else’s private. Stripchat’s spy catalogue ran 8–60 tk/min across 15 rooms on 14 September 2026, and the entry screen offered “Spy 15 sec FREE, then 16 tk/min”. Chaturbate’s spy tab ran 18–90 tk/min on 3 September 2026, typically 30, and its spy dialog says fan club members save 80% when spying.
How much do cam girls charge per minute?
Room by room, here is what we recorded. Dollar conversions use each site’s own token rate, so they move if you buy a different pack.

Cheap cam girls: what the bottom of each band costs
The lowest per-minute figure anywhere on this page is Chaturbate’s: 6 tokens a minute, about $0.48, the floor of its 6–150 range. Typical Chaturbate rooms ask 30–90 tokens a minute, so that floor is an outlier. Stripchat’s cheapest band is dearer per minute but far easier to find — 3,542 rooms in it at 15:39 on 14 September 2026, against 450 in the 90+ band.
That trade is the whole decision. Chaturbate has the lower floor. Stripchat has the better odds of landing on one.
Cheapest cam sites: our pick by budget
Under $10
Buy nothing yet. Public rooms on Stripchat, Chaturbate, CamSoda and BongaCams stream free with no card. Confirm a BongaCams email for 10 tokens, enter the Stripchat hourly draw, and spend a session working out whose rooms you like.
If you want tokens anyway, skip every 50-token starter pack. Both Chaturbate and CamSoda price theirs at $6.99, which is $0.140 a token — the worst rate on this page.
$20–30
This is the budget where the cheapest cam girls become reachable. Stripchat’s 200-token pack lists at $21.99 on the March 2026 USD menu. Thirty minutes in an 8 tk/min room costs 240 tokens, so about $23 — a shade over that pack. Our own 200 tokens cost €15.99 on a one-time 25% promo on 14 September 2026; the offer did not come back afterwards.
On a first CamSoda account the same money goes further: 300 tokens for $14.99. That is five minutes of a 60 tk/min private, or a lot of tipping.

Now token rate matters more than filters. Chaturbate’s 550-token pack is $49.99, or $0.091 a token on the card menu we checked on 1 September 2026, and 1,000 tokens for $79.99 drops it to $0.080. Crypto is flat $0.08 at any amount.
Stripchat’s 520-pack is also $49.99, at $0.096. By card it is the smallest pack that shows the Ultimate trial checkbox, so leave that box unticked unless you want the €19.99 monthly membership — it buys no discount on privates.

Are cheap tokens worth it?
Only if you spend them the way the pack assumes. A cheap token multiplied by a 90 tk/min room beats nothing. Chaturbate’s $0.080 at 1,000 tokens is a better rate than Stripchat’s $0.096, yet thirty minutes in a typical 30–90 tk/min Chaturbate room costs $72–216 against about $23 in Stripchat’s cheapest band. Match the pack to the rooms you actually open.
Is there a cam site that is completely free?
Watching is free on Stripchat, Chaturbate, CamSoda and BongaCams — public rooms play with no account and no card. Paying starts at tips, private shows, toy control and recordings. LiveJasmin wants a verified card before releasing free credits, and Jerkmate asks for a card at signup.
Do cheap cam sites have hidden fees?
Nothing we found was hidden, but four things surprise people. Show minimums are billed upfront — 600 tokens at CamSoda’s 60 tk/min room. CamSoda’s PayPal menu costs about 10% more than its card menu. The Stripchat Ultimate trial is an unticked checkbox that becomes €19.99 a month. And auto top-up exists on all three sites we bought on, switched off by default.

Buy your tokens where they are cheapest and take your privates where the cheap rooms are, because those are rarely the same site. CamSoda wins the first purchase at $0.050 a token, once. Chaturbate wins the long run at $0.079–0.080 in bulk.
