echst.net answered a plain request on 15 September 2026. The page is built for one visitor: someone holding a statement. The headline reads “Have a charge from ECHST.NET?”
It dates itself: “ECHST.NET, established in 2005, is a Trusted Online Payment Provider for a wide variety of online merchants.” The next sentence narrows the field — it “specializes in delivering high definition digital content”.
Two company names sit in the footer, written backwards in the HTML as an anti-scraping trick. Reversed, they read ICF Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation at 3909 S. Maryland Parkway, Ste 202, Las Vegas, and ICF Tech EU B.V. at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG, Amsterdam. Same group, two jurisdictions.
Support runs four ways — Look Up, Chat Now, Call Now, Text Now — plus [email protected]. The toll-free US and Canada number is 1-866-452-5108, staffed around the clock in English, Spanish and French. A second number, 1-206-438-0241, carries a Seattle area code. That fits the longer string that turns up in search: “ECHST.NET 866-452-5108 WA” was a result title in Google on 15 September 2026, and Streamate’s config file gives ICF Technology a Seattle PO box.
What companies use ECHST.NET?
ECHST.NET never names a client. Two can be pinned down from first-party files, and both are cam brands.
Jerkmate is the easy one. An unauthenticated endpoint on jerkmatelive.com lists its descriptors by processor, and it answered with 29 entries on 15 September 2026. Three unique statement lines came back:

Streamate took a document rather than an API. Its own config file, streamate.com/initialData.js, carries "paymentGatewayUrl":"https://pay.echst.net". The gateway that takes the card is physically on the echst.net domain. The same file names ICF Technology, Inc., repeats three of the phone numbers listed on echst.net, and gives the European address character for character as the one in the echst.net footer.
So a Streamate card charge carries the ECHST.NET descriptor. One caveat: Streamate itself never prints the exact string. Beyond those two, the only other site we saw naming ECHST.NET was Bang.com, in a Google snippet of its help centre. We did not open that page, so treat it as unchecked.
Why did ECHST charge me? Was it you?
ECHST.NET’s own FAQ gives the first step, and it is a household one: “Make sure to consult with a family member or friend to make sure they have not made a purchase on your account.” On Jerkmate the card is step three of signup; on Streamate the FAQ puts the first charge at the moment you join a paid chat session.
Amounts help you place it. On Jerkmate the currency is 1 Gold = $1, stated on four of its FAQ pages. Models may offer discounted block sessions — 15 minutes at 5% off, 30 at 10%, 45 at 15%, 60 at 20% — bought upfront and taken in one sitting. Its per-minute rates are model-set and published nowhere.
One Jerkmate page is worth reading twice: “You won’t be charged unless there’s no money spent on your account within 15 days!” Three other pages in the same FAQ promise no automatic payments at all. We picked that contradiction apart in is Jerkmate legit.
On Streamate a small charge often has a simple cause. Sending GOLD needs “a one time activation fee”, and its FAQ adds that the amount “will be credited back to you” once you use it. The processor named for that step is RocketGate — which is one of the providers returning ECHST.NET on Jerkmate.
An account that was free to open can still buy things. ECHST.NET answers that under the heading “I only signed up for a free account but still got charged.”
How to look up an ECHST.NET charge
Match the exact string on the statement to the right desk. Guessing wastes a phone call.
- ECHST.NET — open the Look Up tool at echst.net/lookup, or call 1-866-452-5108. Chat, email and SMS run 24/7 as well.
- EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL — this one belongs to Epoch. Its Find My Purchase form asks you to “Enter any two of the four fields”. Epoch is blunt about why you are there: “No, your statement will not show the name of the website.” Phones: +1 800 893 8871 and +1 310 664 5810.
- PayPal *ICFTECH — the transaction sits in your PayPal activity with a date and an amount. Jerkmate’s API still points PayPal disputes at echst.net.
Cancelling goes through the same desk: “We can stop recurring memberships directly, just call at 1-866-452-5108, chat or email at [email protected].” Expect a receipt — “A confirmation email is automatically sent whenever an account is canceled.” If it never arrives, check the spam folder. On the Epoch side the credit is issued at once but can take “up to 5 business days” to appear on the statement.
Jerkmate: three descriptors, two ways out
The word “Jerkmate” appears on no statement line the API returns. That single fact explains most mystery-charge searches around this brand.
Premium memberships cancel inside My Account, or by email to [email protected] with your login, full name and the last four digits of the card. Premium runs 30 days. To stop per-minute billing during a show, leave the room — its FAQ on ending a chat session says to “navigate to another page or tap the ‘X’ in the top-right corner”. Streamate: billing runs through pay.echst.net
Streamate promises discretion and says so in the config: “your billing statement will display one of the following”. The list that follows is filled in by the server, so the public file holds only a template — “{{billedAs}} will appear on your cardholder statement.” There is no page to read it off, either; streamate.com/billing-support returned 404.
What is knowable is the plumbing, and it points at one place. The gateway is pay.echst.net, the operator is ICF Technology, Inc., and the support number in the config, (866) 941-3982, is the Canadian line printed on echst.net. Use the Look Up form rather than hunting for a string Streamate never publishes. Its own guard against a surprise line is the daily spending limit, which its FAQ says you can lower “as low as $25”. Is ECHST.NET legit, or a scam?
It is a real processor with a real address, a 24/7 desk and a working lookup tool. It also answers the question itself, in its own FAQ markup: “ECHST.NET is not a scam.”
Reviews on Trustpilot disagree: an average of 1.5 from 44 reviews showed in Google’s results on 15 September 2026. That is normal for an adult billing descriptor — people arrive angry, billed by a name they never chose. Context, not evidence of fraud.
The honest complaint is the design. A descriptor that hides the merchant protects your privacy and blocks your memory at the same time. Both things are true at once, and only one of them is sold to you.

If the ECHST.NET charge was not yours
Work in this order. It is faster than a chargeback and it leaves you a paper trail either way.
- Start with the Look Up tool at echst.net/lookup. If it cannot place the charge, the 24/7 chat and phone line can — you want the date and the amount, which is what your bank will ask for.
- Ask the household. ECHST.NET puts that step in its own FAQ, and a shared card explains a lot of these.
- Call 1-866-452-5108 and ask for the cancellation and the refund in the same conversation. Keep the confirmation email.
- Only then involve the bank, with the descriptor, the date and the reference in hand.
- Check your other statement lines while you are there. Apart from Chaturbate’s direct billing, none of these brands writes its own name on one.
One limit worth knowing: echst.net’s FAQ names no deadline for disputing a charge, read 15 September 2026. CamSoda’s terms state 30 days; ECHST.NET states nothing. Assume your card issuer’s window is the one that counts, and move early.
