Jerkmate is a live cam site running on two domains. Jerkmate.com is the storefront. Jerkmatelive.com is the till, and it sits on Streamate infrastructure. The storefront names a Cyprus company as its operator, Sellitize Ltd. Read 15 September 2026.
Quick answer: a Streamate-powered cam platform wrapped in its own marketing brand. Gold is the currency at 1 Gold = $1 before tax, per-minute rates are model-set, published nowhere public, and the card is a Premium upgrade, not a condition (our account, 16 September 2026). Chaturbate and Stripchat open live rooms with no account.

Jerkmate is two sites: jerkmate.com and jerkmatelive.com
Almost every review treats Jerkmate as one website. It is two, and the split explains most of the confusion.
Jerkmate.com is the shop window: marketing pages, blog, games, about forty separate FAQ pages, model thumbnails. Its front page loaded in full over plain curl on 15 September 2026, roughly 797 KB, with no Cloudflare gate. The age wall is a self-declaration — two buttons, I agree or leave.
Jerkmatelive.com is where the money lives, and the registration widget on jerkmate.com says so. Its three steps are labelled “To access jerkmatelive.com”: enter your email, choose your password, add your card. The asterisk sits on the card step, and the footnote it points to reads “*Membership is free, forever!”
That third step is oversold. Registering on 16 September 2026 took an email and a password and nothing more; the card arrived on the screen after, headed “GET PREMIUM ACCESS”, with a smaller “Continue as a Basic Member” link beside it that opens the account without one. What the card removes is the blurring on a free account, plus the locks on cam2cam and private shows.

Open jerkmatelive.com and the front end pulls from streamate.icfcdn.com, hybridclient.naiadsystems.com and cdn.nsimg.net — Streamate and Naiad hosts, not Jerkmate ones. Its public billing endpoint matched: ECHST.NET for most processors, EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for Epoch, PayPal *ICFTECH for PayPal, read 15 September 2026.
So a bank statement can show a name you do not recognise: the charge comes from the platform behind the brand. We take that first line apart on our ECHST.NET charge page, and the rest of the cam-site descriptors on our cam site bank statement guide.
Jerkmate login: which domain holds your account
Most login trouble follows straight from the split above. You create the account on jerkmate.com, but it belongs to jerkmatelive.com, and the storefront admits it twice: the signup box is headed “To access jerkmatelive.com”, and its own Log In entry adds that you will be redirected to Jerkmatelive. Both addresses are correct; only one of them holds the billing.
What the form asks for is small. An email, a password of at least eight letters and numbers, or a Google account instead of both. There is also a collapsed promo-code field, which no code published by Jerkmate exists for. We opened an account this way on 16 September 2026, and no card was required to finish it.
Two things follow the live domain rather than the storefront, and they are the ones people write in about. Cancellation and deletion go to [email protected]. Billing follows the same line — jerkmate.com’s own terms say charges are governed by the terms published on jerkmatelive.com. And a warning worth the sentence: several sites ranking for this query hand out shared Jerkmate logins. Those accounts can have a card on file, which makes the trade a bad one in both directions. Reset your own password instead.
Jerkmate member login vs the model side
Worth separating, because the two searches collide. A member login is the one above: created on jerkmate.com, held by jerkmatelive.com, and reachable without a card. Performers do not use it at all — Jerkmate recruits them into Streamate, and its own recruitment page asks for an active Streamate account before a profile appears here.
Who runs Jerkmate, and the Streamate connection
The storefront names a company, but not in text. On the 2257 page and the privacy policy, the operator’s address is served as a WebP image rather than selectable characters — the same file on both, byte for byte. Read by eye: Sellitize Ltd., 8 John F. Kennedy Street, Iris House, Flat 640B, Limassol, Cyprus.
The privacy policy backs that up in plain text, describing the site as “a Sellitize Ltd product and/or service”. The terms of service never name the company at all; they say only “the operator of jerkmate.com”. Governing law is the Republic of Cyprus, with exclusive jurisdiction in Cypriot courts.
Two dates belong side by side. Whois says jerkmate.com was created on 16 October 2017 through GoDaddy, with the registrant masked behind Domains By Proxy. The site itself says “Since launching in 2019”. Both are checkable, and neither cancels the other: a domain can sit parked before a product ships.
The cam side is a different company. Jerkmate’s own FAQ says “it’s powered by Streamate”, its footer carries a dedicated Streamate link, and the source of a model page on jerkmate.com carries a Streamate identifier: “parentId”:“streamate_122492833”. The catalogue is Streamate’s.
The cleanest statement is Jerkmate’s own, on its model-recruitment page: “Jerkmate is the official marketing partner and customer source for Streamate models.” The same page tells performers an active Streamate account is required before their profile appears there. A marketing front for someone else’s roster, by its own description.
One more party sits in the picture without owning the cams: Jerkmate’s affiliate program is run by CrakRevenue. Our own offer there, approved on 17 September 2026, pays 30% lifetime revenue share and nothing per sale — that is what the Jerkmate link on this page earns.
How Jerkmate works: Gold, privates, cam2cam, block sessions
Ask “how does Jerkmate work” and the site answers in two halves: a free layer, and a paid layer priced in Gold.
Free, by its own FAQ: an account, live public rooms, browsing, photos, videos, profiles, public chat and the games. Its free-versus-premium table adds one line worth catching — a free account “May have some blurred content”, where premium does not.
The rate is simple; the billing is not. “One Gold = one dollar”, repeated across the FAQ and the about page. There is no wallet behind it: Gold packages and a prepaid balance do not exist here, so nothing is bought in advance and the card is charged at the moment you spend. Tax is the part the FAQ never mentions — inside our own account on 16 September 2026 the toy panel priced 3 Gold at €3.25 under the line “Pricing includes 19% VAT”, and that rate follows the country of the payer, not Jerkmate.

What Gold buys, in the site’s own grouping:
- Private show — “Charged per minute”. Others may watch, but cannot type.
- Exclusive show — charged per minute, you and the model only.
- Gold show — viewers chip in toward a goal the model sets, with her own minimum and timer.
- Cam2Cam — charged per minute, with your camera visible only to the model.
- Live Vibe — toy control, paid in Gold.
- Spin the Wheel — Gold buys a spin, and the model performs whatever lands.
- Premium content — full videos, fan clubs, plus alerts when a model goes live.
Now the part people actually want. Jerkmate publishes no per-minute figure on any public page we fetched. Its FAQ says “Each model has a fixed per-minute rate for exclusive chats on their profile”. We grepped the 33 FAQ pages we could fetch: the only dollar sum in them is the $1 that defines Gold.
So the rate is a room-by-room fact, as on every cam site. Whoever is on screen chose that number, and until you are in her room it is invisible.
The one discount grid Jerkmate does publish is block sessions — paying, in its words, “upfront for a length of time at a discounted per-minute rate”.
| Block | Discount |
|---|---|
| 15 minutes | 5% off |
| 30 minutes | 10% off |
| 45 minutes | 15% off |
| 60 minutes | 20% off |
Percentages off an unpublished rate are still percentages off an unknown number. That is Jerkmate pricing in one line: a headline conversion rate quoted before tax, everything else decided in the room. Our Is Jerkmate Free? page takes the free tier apart.
How to Delete a Jerkmate Account and Stop the Charges
Three things, in this order. Stop the billing: per-minute chat ends when you leave the room. Cancel and delete the account — the FAQ names two routes, My Account and one email address. Then read your statement: the charge will not say “Jerkmate”. Sources: Jerkmate’s public pages, its jerkmatelive.com billing endpoint (checked 15 September 2026) and our own account, opened 16 September 2026.
Step 1: stop charges right now
Do this before you write a single email. Per-minute sessions keep running while you read a cancellation guide. Jerkmate’s FAQ describes the stop as a navigation action, not a button: to end a private or exclusive chat session and stop billing, it says to “navigate to another page or tap the ‘X’ in the top-right corner” (jerkmate.com/faq/how-do-i-end-my-video-chat-session, read 15 September 2026).
Two things follow from that wording. There is no dedicated “stop billing” control — leaving the room is the control. And a paused tab is not a documented stop, so close the room deliberately rather than switching apps.
Per-minute chat and a premium membership are handled on two different FAQ pages: one ends a chat session, the other cancels a premium renewal. Neither procedure mentions the other, so do both, in that order.
Step 2: delete the account — the official procedure
One FAQ page carries the whole official answer: jerkmate.com/faq/how-to-delete-a-jerkmate-account, read 15 September 2026. Here is what it actually instructs, step by step.
- Open My Account. Word for word: “Premium memberships are listed under My Account and cancellation can be facilitated from that page”. That page is the self-service route, and the only one named.
- Cancel the renewal there. A premium membership buys 30 days of access. Cancel the renewal and the membership “will expire at the end of the initial 30 day period” — access stays live until the paid month runs out.
- If you cannot reach that page, write instead. The FAQ offers cancellation “by sending an email to [email protected]”. Note the domain: the mailbox is on the second site, not on jerkmate.com.
- Put three identifiers in the email. The FAQ asks for your login, your full name, and the last 4 digits of the card — or the full account number of whatever alternative payment method you used.
- Send complaints somewhere else. Feedback and complaints are routed through the contact page, not through the cancellation mailbox. Mixing the two slows the request that matters.
Now the gap, and it is a real one. Nothing on the public pages describes a “delete account” button inside the interface. The FAQ routes you to My Account for cancellation and to that mailbox for everything else. So on Jerkmate, cancelling and deleting collapse into the same written request — which is why the wording of your email matters.
Ask for deletion of the account and the personal data attached to it, in those words, and send it from the registered email address. Keep the sent copy and the reply. That is the opposite of Chaturbate, where a self-service Disable link exists at the bottom of the logged-in homepage and support is only the follow-up.
Step 3: check your statement for these descriptors
No published descriptor carries the word Jerkmate: the public jerkmatelive.com billing endpoint returns ECHST.NET for most payment methods, EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for Epoch and PayPal *ICFTECH for PayPal, so search the statement by amount and by those strings, not by the brand. Check it about 15 days after your last session and again after the next cycle: three pages of Jerkmate’s FAQ promise no automatic payments, while a fourth, read literally, ties a charge to 15 days without spending (endpoint and FAQ read 15 September 2026). How to look the line up and stop it is on our ECHST.NET charge page.
Gold, refunds and the card on file
Deleting leaves nothing to spend down. As above, Gold is a price unit, not a prepaid balance: there is no wallet, no Gold packages and no auto-reload to switch off, and every paid action bills the card as it happens. The account we opened on 16 September 2026 shows the same thing. Its My Account menu holds User Profile, Daily Spending Limit, Discounts and Credits, Update Payment, Change Password, Purchase History and Fan Club Management — no wallet, no Add Funds screen, so no balance to reclaim after cancelling.
The refund policy is the real gap here, and the reason is structural. The jerkmate.com terms hand the question to the other domain: charges and fees “shall be governed by the terms and conditions found on jerkmatelive.com”. Follow that pointer and jerkmatelive.com/terms.html answers with a 35 KB script shell — the text is fetched by JavaScript, so there is no refund policy to read without running the page. The Internet Archive was offline during our check, so no archived copy either. Checked 15 September 2026.
What is worth dealing with instead is the card on file. In our account, My Account → Update Payment only offered methods to add and never showed the card already stored. Adding a card also puts a small pending hold on it: ours was €2 on 16 September 2026, shown as ECHST.NET and marked by our bank as pending rather than as a purchase. It reverted on its own: on 27 September 2026 the bank reported the €2 sent back to our account, eleven days later.
So put two things in the deletion email: the refund position, and removal of the card on file. An answer in writing is worth more than a policy you cannot load.
Contact Jerkmate support
Six published channels, each with a different job. Only the first row is the route the deletion FAQ names for cancelling and deleting.
| What you need | Where it goes | What is published about it |
|---|---|---|
| Cancel or delete the account | [email protected] | Named in the deletion FAQ as the email route |
| Technical, billing, payments | Support form at jerkmatelive.com/support?langchoice=en | “Our support service is available 24/7” |
| General questions, feedback | [email protected] | Listed on the contact and about pages |
| Erase game progress or streak | [email protected] | Must be sent from the same address as the account |
| Abuse or child-safety report | [email protected] | Named in the terms of service |
| Dispute a charge with the processor | epoch.com/billing_support/ or echst.net | Returned by the billing endpoint per processor |
One number is published about speed and one only: availability is stated as 24/7. No response window, no target, no escalation path. So timestamp everything yourself — date the email, keep the reply, and if the money is still moving after your next statement, the processor dispute route in the last row exists for that reason.
Why it says Jerkmate but bills through jerkmatelive.com
Because of the two-site split at the top of this page: jerkmate.com is the storefront, while the account, the Gold panel, the private shows, the billing and the support mailbox all live on jerkmatelive.com. That split explains all three oddities in this section at once. The statement says ECHST.NET or ICFTECHNOL because the processor is billing for the platform side, not the storefront. The deletion mail goes to an @jerkmatelive.com address for the same reason. And the refund terms are unreadable because jerkmate.com points at a document hosted on the other domain.
One thing the split does not settle: nothing on the public pages says how a jerkmatelive.com login relates to other Streamate-powered sites. So cancel on the site you actually signed up to, and check the statement for the same descriptors afterwards.
If the card requirement is what pushed you out, the fix is a site that never asked for one. Browsing and chatting on Stripchat and Chaturbate starts without a payment method on file, so there is no descriptor to chase later.

The Jerkmate ad: who the models actually are
The ads run on adult sites, not mainstream media. People search for the woman in them often enough that Jerkmate built a page to catch the search.
That page is jerkmate.com/ads. Its stated purpose: “Find the name of any sexy pornstar babe or cam model from Jerkmate ads”. Under a heading reading TOP JERKMATE ADS it listed thirty performers on 15 September 2026, among them Riley Reid, Gabbie Carter, Eva Elfie, Adriana Chechik and Skylar Vox.
So the answer to “who is the girl in the ad” is: there is no single one. The format rotates through many performers, and the brand publishes the roster itself rather than leaving it to forum guesswork. Separately, the site’s own review page labels Amouranth a “Jerkmate Featured Model”.
What people call the Jerkmate interactive ad is the product mechanic borrowed into a banner. The site describes its matching the same way: “You answer a few spicy questions”, then it ranks and suggests models. The robot running the quiz is Jerky, which the FAQ calls “our friendly robot”.
Two honest limits. No name on that list can be tied to a specific clip, and none of them is the face of the brand.
Jerkmate Ranked: a free clicker game, not a model ranking
Jerkmate Ranked sounds like a leaderboard of performers. It is a free browser clicker game, needing only an account. It began as a social-media joke — posts looking for a duo for Ranked — and the company built the joke into a product. The current edition is Ranked 2: Multiverse.
The page loads over plain curl with a counter, a CLICK TO FAP button, a stamina level and readouts for fap per second and per click. Upgrades cost points, not money: 6 for a t-shirt, 30 for a plushie, 3,000 for a power boost.
Eight ranks run from Unranked through Bronze Beater, Silver Stroker, Golden Gooner, Emerald Edger, Platinum Puller and Grandmaster Baiter to Celestial Coomer. Eight lobbies carry the art: Jerky’s Room, Dark City, The Changing Room, The Laboratory, The Garage, On a Ship, The Landscape, In the Sky.
Three leaderboards run in parallel: The Fastest, a 24-hour board and an all-time board. Scores submit automatically every five minutes, and admins can disable an account that breaks the rules.
Then it gets confusing, and Jerkmate says so. The main site runs a second progress system for daily visits, using the same eight rank names. Its FAQ calls that progress “entirely distinct from the Jerkmate Ranked game”. Ten points a visit, badges at 2, 7, 14, 30, 90 and 180 consecutive days, and rank thresholds from 70 points for Bronze Beater to 40,000 for Celestial Coomer. One missed day is forgiven; two resets the streak.
Neither system ranks models, and neither costs money. If you came for performer rankings, that is a different part of the site.
Jerkmate vs Chaturbate: what changes when you pay
Jerkmate vs Chaturbate is really one question: when do you learn the price? On Chaturbate you learn it before you spend anything. On Jerkmate you see it only from inside: an account costs an email and a password, and the signup runs as a short quiz before the rooms open.
We bought on Chaturbate ourselves. On 3 September 2026 a card paid $10.99 for 100 tokens, about $0.110 each, inside a range of $0.079 to $0.140 across its twelve packs. Its private rates sit between 6 and 150 tokens a minute, typically 30 to 90, which works out near $2.40 to $7.20 a minute. Every one of those numbers is visible before registration.
Jerkmate publishes one number: 1 Gold = $1, and that number is before tax. There are no packs to price, because there is no prepaid balance at all — the card is charged per action, and the per-minute rate waits in the room. Nothing sinister, but nothing you can total up in advance either.
Stripchat sharpens the contrast, because it lets you filter by what models charge. At 15:39 on 14 September 2026 its bands held 3,542 rooms at 8–12 tokens a minute, 2,067 at 16–24, 1,536 at 32–60 and 450 asking 90 or more — rooms grouped by the rate each model chose, at that minute.
One more difference. Chaturbate’s cam-to-cam toggle is free and reachable from free chat, any surcharge being a rule the model wrote herself. On Jerkmate, cam2cam is a per-minute Gold feature. Our cam2cam guide has the mechanics.

Where this comes from
Most of what is above came from public sources on 15 September 2026, fetched without an account or a captcha. Pages on jerkmate.com and jerkmatelive.com were fetched with curl and read as text. The company address was downloaded as an image and read by eye, the only form it is published in. Domain dates come from whois, the billing descriptors from an endpoint that needs no login.
We opened a Jerkmate account on 16 September 2026 (basic member, card declined at the upsell screen, then a €2 verification hold from ECHST.NET, reverted on its own on 27 September 2026). We have not bought a private show, so per-minute rates here come from Jerkmate’s public pages. Where the site makes a claim about itself, it is quoted and attributed.
The comparisons are different in kind. They come from our own purchases: 100 Chaturbate tokens for $10.99 on 3 September 2026, and a Stripchat session on 14 September 2026 where we read the price filter at 15:39. Room counts are a snapshot of one minute, not a constant.
We earn a commission from the affiliate programs of the platforms we review; the current list of every program is on our affiliate disclosure page. On this page the affiliate links are: Stripchat, Chaturbate, Jerkmate. See our Jerkmate review, including its Is Jerkmate Legit? breakdown, and our Jerkmate alternatives comparison.
Frequently asked questions
What is Jerkmate?
A live cam brand spread across two domains. Jerkmate.com is the marketing storefront, run by Sellitize Ltd. of Limassol, Cyprus, whose address the site publishes only as an image on its 2257 and privacy pages. Jerkmatelive.com is the cam platform and the checkout, built on Streamate infrastructure. The domain dates from 16 October 2017 and the site says it launched in 2019.
How does Jerkmate work?
You answer a short quiz, it suggests models, and you watch public rooms free. Registration needs an email and a password; the card is an optional next step that unlocks explicit cams. Paid features run on Gold at 1 Gold = $1: private and exclusive shows charged per minute, cam2cam, toy control, goal shows and video unlocks. The per-minute rate belongs to each model and is published on no public page. There are no Gold packages and no prepaid balance either: the card is charged per action, and the $1 rate is quoted before tax.
What is Jerkmate Ranked?
A free clicker game on the site, not a ranking of models. It grew out of a social-media joke and now runs as Jerkmate Ranked 2: Multiverse, with eight ranks from Unranked to Celestial Coomer, eight lobbies, three leaderboards and automatic score submission every five minutes. A separate daily-visit system reuses the same rank names, and the site says the two are entirely distinct.
Who is the girl in the Jerkmate ad?
There is no single one. Jerkmate runs a rotating cast and publishes the roster itself at jerkmate.com/ads, a page built to answer this exact search. Its TOP JERKMATE ADS block listed thirty performers on 15 September 2026, including Riley Reid, Gabbie Carter and Eva Elfie. No name there can be tied to a particular clip, and none is the face of the brand.
Is Jerkmate the same as Streamate?
Not the same company, but the same cams. Jerkmate’s FAQ says it is powered by Streamate, its model pages carry Streamate identifiers in the source, and jerkmatelive.com loads Streamate and Naiad hosts. Its recruitment page calls Jerkmate “the official marketing partner and customer source for Streamate models” and requires performers to hold an active Streamate account.
Is Jerkmate better than Chaturbate?
Not for cost transparency. Chaturbate shows pack prices and room rates before registration — we paid $10.99 for 100 tokens by card on 3 September 2026, and privates run 6 to 150 tokens a minute, typically 30 to 90. Jerkmate has no packs at all and publishes no room rate: Gold is charged to the card per action, at $1 a Gold before tax. Its quiz-driven matching is the genuine draw, so the trade is discovery against knowing the bill in advance.
Why does my Jerkmate log in fail?
Most often because of the two domains. The account created on jerkmate.com belongs to jerkmatelive.com, and the storefront’s own Log In entry says you will be redirected there. If the credentials still fail, reset them on the login screen rather than reusing a shared password from one of the sites that rank for this query — those accounts can have a card on file.
How do I delete my Jerkmate account?
Jerkmate publishes two routes, and no in-interface delete button is described on its public pages. Cancel the membership on the My Account page, or email [email protected] quoting your login, legal name and card’s last four digits. Ask for deletion of the account and the personal data attached to it, in those words, and send it from the registered address. Checked 15 September 2026.
How do I cancel Jerkmate?
Same two routes, and one timing rule. The FAQ states that premium memberships are listed under My Account and that cancellation is handled from that page. A premium membership runs 30 days; cancel the renewal and it expires at the end of that initial 30-day period, so access continues until the paid month ends. Exit any live chat room first — that is what stops per-minute billing.
Why am I still being charged after deleting Jerkmate?
Check three things in order. Cancelling the renewal does not undo the 30 days already paid for — the FAQ says the membership expires at the end of that initial 30-day period. The charge may belong to a different site on the same processor, since ECHST.NET is a processor descriptor with no brand name in it. And Jerkmate’s own FAQ contradicts itself here: three pages promise no automatic payments, while /faq/is-jerkmate-real says you will not be charged unless nothing is spent within 15 days. If money still moves after that, dispute it with Epoch or through echst.net.
What does Jerkmate look like on a bank statement?
Not like Jerkmate. The public billing endpoint for siteId 9633 returns EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for Epoch, PayPal *ICFTECH or PayPal.com *ICFTECH for PayPal, and plain ECHST.NET for RocketGate, ICFPayments and the 19 remaining payment methods. Search by amount and by those strings, not by the brand. Read 15 September 2026.
Does deleting Jerkmate refund unused Gold?
There is no unused Gold to refund. Gold is a price unit, not a prepaid balance: the My Account menu in our own account, opened 16 September 2026, has no wallet, no Gold packages and no top-up screen, and every paid action bills the card as you press it. What Jerkmate genuinely does not publish is the refund policy — jerkmate.com defers to jerkmatelive.com, and the jerkmatelive.com terms load only through a script shell (checked 15 September 2026). So put the refund question in writing, in the same email as the deletion request.
Bottom line
Jerkmate is a marketing machine bolted onto someone else’s cam network, and it says as much on its own recruitment page. The brand is Cypriot, the cams and the billing are Streamate and ICF. Understand that and the odd statement descriptor, the second login domain and the missing prices stop being mysteries.
What stays awkward is the order of events. You sign up first, then discover what a minute costs. If you would rather see the price first, a site that opens rooms to anyone and sorts them by rate does it better. Our Stripchat review covers what we paid there.
