Step 1: stop charges right now
Do this before you write a single email. Per-minute sessions keep running while you read a cancellation guide. Jerkmate’s FAQ describes the stop as a navigation action, not a button:
To end a private or exclusive chat session and stop billing, the FAQ says to “navigate to another page or tap the ‘X’ in the top-right corner”.

Two things follow from that wording. There is no dedicated “stop billing” control — leaving the room is the control. And a paused tab is not a documented stop, so close the room deliberately rather than switching apps.
Per-minute chat and a premium membership are handled on two different FAQ pages: one ends a chat session, the other cancels a premium renewal. Neither procedure mentions the other, so do both, in that order.
Step 2: delete the account — the official procedure
One FAQ page carries the whole official answer: jerkmate.com/faq/how-to-delete-a-jerkmate-account, read 15 September 2026. Here is what it actually instructs, step by step.
- Open My Account. Word for word: “Premium memberships are listed under My Account and cancellation can be facilitated from that page”. That page is the self-service route, and the only one named.
- Cancel the renewal there. A premium membership buys 30 days of access. Cancel the renewal and the membership “will expire at the end of the initial 30 day period” — access stays live until the paid month runs out.
- If you cannot reach that page, write instead. The FAQ offers cancellation “by sending an email to [email protected]”. Note the domain: the mailbox is on the second site, not on jerkmate.com.
- Put three identifiers in the email. The FAQ asks for your login, your full name, and the last 4 digits of the card — or the full account number of whatever alternative payment method you used.
- Send complaints somewhere else. Feedback and complaints are routed through the contact page, not through the cancellation mailbox. Mixing the two slows the request that matters.
Now the gap, and it is a real one. Nothing on the public pages describes a “delete account” button inside the interface. The FAQ routes you to My Account for cancellation and to that mailbox for everything else. So on Jerkmate, cancelling and deleting collapse into the same written request — which is why the wording of your email matters.
Ask for deletion of the account and the personal data attached to it, in those words, and send it from the registered email address. Keep the sent copy and the reply. That is the opposite of Chaturbate, where a self-service Disable link exists at the bottom of the logged-in homepage and support is only the follow-up.
Step 3: check your statement for these descriptors
The descriptor is why an unrecognised charge is hard to trace back to Jerkmate. The jerkmatelive.com billing endpoint at /api/billing/provider-descriptors?siteId=9633 is public and needs no login; read 15 September 2026, it returns the exact strings each processor writes onto your statement.

The same response lists 23 payment methods in total: Epoch, RocketGate, ICFPayments, PayPal, PaySafeCard, Blik, EPS, iDEAL, Oxxo, Spei, PagoEfectivo, Kasnet, Tia, BancoEstado, BancoGuayaquil, BancoPichincha, BancoSantander, BCP, PichinchaMiVecino, GlobalCharge, LETPAY, TripleA and Rocketfuel. Everything outside the four rows above lands as ECHST.NET.
So search your statement by amount and by those strings. A card app that only matches merchant names will show you nothing for “Jerkmate”, which is precisely how a live subscription survives a cleanup.
The 15-day sentence in Jerkmate’s own FAQ
Three FAQ pages promise nothing recurring ever happens. Read on 15 September 2026: “Nothing happens unless you decide to buy Gold… No automatic payments. No sneaky subscriptions.” on /faq/is-jerkmate-free; “Zero automatic payments, trust us bro.” on /faq/what-is-a-free-account; “No subscription. No automatic payment.” on /faq/how-much-is-jerkmate-premium.
A fourth page of the same FAQ, /faq/is-jerkmate-real, says this instead:
“You won’t be charged unless there’s no money spent on your account within 15 days!”

Read literally, that reverses the promise: no spending for 15 days is the condition under which a charge does arrive. It may be a bad edit. We do not claim to know which of the four sentences describes the live billing system, and nobody outside Jerkmate can. What you can do is act on the calendar it implies: check the statement about 15 days after your last session, then again a month later. What happens to your Gold and refunds
Gold is the site currency and the rate is flat: 1 Gold = $1. What happens to a leftover Gold balance when the account is cancelled or deleted is not published on the public pages — not in the FAQ, not in the terms, not in the privacy policy. Checked 15 September 2026.
Refunds are the same story, and the reason is structural. The jerkmate.com terms hand the question to the other domain: charges and fees “shall be governed by the terms and conditions found on jerkmatelive.com”. Follow that pointer and jerkmatelive.com/terms.html answers with a 35 KB script shell — the text is fetched by JavaScript, so there is no refund policy to read without running the page. The Internet Archive was offline during our check, so no archived copy either. Checked 15 September 2026.
Practical reading of that: treat a Gold balance as spent money the moment you decide to leave. Spend it down before you cancel, or write it off. And ask for the refund position in the same email as the deletion request — an answer in writing is worth more than a policy you cannot load. One number is published about speed and one only: availability is stated as 24/7. No response window, no target, no escalation path. So timestamp everything yourself — date the email, keep the reply, and if the money is still moving after your next statement, the processor dispute route in the last row exists for that reason.
Why it says Jerkmate but bills through jerkmatelive.com
Because Jerkmate is two websites wearing one name, and the cash register sits on the one you never see advertised.
- jerkmate.com — the storefront. Marketing, games, the FAQ you just read. Its 2257 and privacy pages both name the same Cyprus operator, Sellitize Ltd., 8 John F. Kennedy Street, Iris House, Flat 640B, Limassol, CY 3106 (the address is served as an image on both pages, checked 15 September 2026).
- jerkmatelive.com — the cam platform. Your account, your Gold, the private shows, the billing and the support mailbox all live here. Jerkmate’s own safety FAQ puts it in four words: “it’s powered by Streamate”.
That split explains all three oddities on this page at once. The statement says ECHST.NET or ICFTECHNOL because the processor is billing for the platform side, not the storefront. The deletion mail goes to an @jerkmatelive.com address for the same reason. And the refund terms are unreadable because jerkmate.com points at a document hosted on the other domain.
One thing the split does not settle: nothing on the public pages says how a jerkmatelive.com login relates to other Streamate-powered sites. How do I delete my Jerkmate account?
Jerkmate publishes two routes, and no in-interface delete button is described on its public pages. Cancel the membership on the My Account page, or email [email protected] quoting your login, legal name and card’s last four digits. How do I cancel Jerkmate?
Same two routes, and one timing rule. The FAQ states that premium memberships are listed under My Account and that cancellation is handled from that page. A premium membership runs 30 days; cancel the renewal and it expires at the end of that initial 30-day period, so access continues until the paid month ends. Exit any live chat room first — that is what stops per-minute billing.
Why am I still being charged after deleting Jerkmate?
Check three things in order. Cancelling the renewal does not undo the 30 days already paid for — the FAQ says the membership expires at the end of that initial 30-day period. The charge may belong to a different site on the same processor, since ECHST.NET is a processor descriptor with no brand name in it. And Jerkmate’s own FAQ contradicts itself here: three pages promise no automatic payments, while /faq/is-jerkmate-real says you will not be charged unless nothing is spent within 15 days. If money still moves after that, dispute it with Epoch or through echst.net.
What does Jerkmate look like on a bank statement?
Not like Jerkmate. The public billing endpoint for siteId 9633 returns EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for Epoch, PayPal *ICFTECH or PayPal.com *ICFTECH for PayPal, and plain ECHST.NET for RocketGate, ICFPayments and the 19 remaining payment methods. Does deleting Jerkmate refund unused Gold?
There is no published answer. Gold is priced at 1 Gold = $1, but what happens to a leftover balance on cancellation or deletion is not stated in the FAQ, the terms or the privacy policy. The refund policy itself is not published on the public pages either: jerkmate.com defers to jerkmatelive.com, and the jerkmatelive.com terms load only through a script shell. Bottom Line
Leave the room, cancel on My Account or by email to [email protected], then hunt ECHST.NET on the statement 15 days later and again after the next cycle. Nothing in the published procedure needs more than the My Account page or one email. The part Jerkmate does not publish — the fate of leftover Gold and the refund policy — is the part you should put in writing before you close anything.
If the card requirement is what pushed you out, the fix is a site that never asked for one. Browsing and chatting on Stripchat and Chaturbate starts without a payment method on file, so there is no descriptor to chase later.
