How to Delete a CamSoda Account or Cancel Premium: The Login Rule, Forfeited Tokens and the Epoch Back Door

Three steps, and the order matters. Spend or write off your tokens — CamSoda’s Terms forfeit the balance of a closed account. Cancel Premium and wait for the confirmation email. Only then ask for deletion: CamSoda will not process a deletion request unless you can log in. That is the trap. Lose the password and the account stays, though the recurring charge can still be killed through Epoch. Checked 15 September 2026.

Quick answer: spend the token balance, then cancel Premium on the Membership page, then email [email protected] asking for deletion of the account and its data — from the registered address, while logged in. No login, no deletion: that is CamSoda’s stated rule.

Step 1: spend or keep your tokens — they are forfeited on closure

Do the money first, because closure is where the balance goes. CamSoda’s Terms, section Effect of Termination or Cancellation, are blunt: credits left in the account are “deemed forfeited to us and you will not be compensated for same” (camsoda.com/support/terms, dated 7 May 2025, read 15 September 2026).

There is no refund route around it. The same document states that “all purchases of Credits are ‘final sale’ and no refund will be given”. The help centre softens that for billing accidents only — tokens are “non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of duplicate billing, fraud, or technical error” (camsoda.com/help, read 15 September 2026). Neither line covers a closed account.

The Terms call tokens “Credits” throughout and say the user “has no right or title in or to any such Credit”. Treat the balance as a gift card that expires on closure.

So check the balance on the Membership screen and spend it down. Access ends the instant the account goes: the Terms say “effective immediately you will no longer have access to the non-public areas”, which includes anything in My Media Purchases. Download your recordings first. Our own log from 4 September 2026 held two credits and nothing else — 300 tokens purchased plus a one-time 200-token bonus — and anything unspent that evening would have vanished. Our CamSoda token price breakdown shows what a leftover balance is worth.

Step 2: cancel Premium first (inside the account, or through Epoch without logging in)

Premium is $19.95 a month and renews on its own. The Terms say the subscription will “automatically renew unless cancelled before the expiration”, and put the renewal date on the day after the last day you paid for. Cancel one day late and you own another month.

The official route is two taps. CamSoda’s cancellation FAQ says to “navigate to the Membership page and tap the ‘cancel membership’ button”, or to contact support at [email protected] (camsoda.com/support/faq/cancel-account-or-premium-subscription, read 15 September 2026). The Terms repeat the email route in the Cancellation By User section, pointing at camsoda.com/support and the same address.

Wait for the receipt before anything else. The same FAQ says “Our system will send a cancel confirmation email” once it completes. No email means nothing on record; the page routes anyone still billed after cancelling to support, staffed 24/7.

We bought Premium on 4 September 2026 and cancelled it the same day: two clicks, no retention questionnaire, status “Premium Member Canceled” with the expiry attached, access to 4 October 2026. Cancelling does not end the month you bought, and it leaves the account itself open — the forfeiture clause fires when the account is terminated or cancelled, not when a subscription runs out the month already paid for.

Routes read from CamSoda’s support pages, Terms and Privacy Policy plus epoch.com, 15 September 2026; the two default settings are from our own paid account on 4 September 2026.

Two settings bite later. Easy re-ups is the automatic top-up; it appeared in our purchase window only after the first payment, next to the saved card, and was off by default. Token Credit is the opposite risk — a balance spent but not yet paid for. Clear both before you cancel.

If you are staying and only wanted the monthly line gone, stop here. Cancelling Premium leaves the account, the username and the token balance exactly where they are.

Step 3: request deletion — the login rule

Here is the sentence that decides whether this is a five-minute job or an impossible one. CamSoda’s Privacy Policy states that to request deletion of your account or data, “you must be able to log into your account”, and gives fraud prevention as the reason (camsoda.com/support/privacy, read 15 September 2026).

That condition is why the order here is not optional. Deletion is gated on access, so draining the balance, downloading purchases, cancelling the renewal and collecting the confirmation email all have to happen first.

  1. Log in. Confirm the token balance reads zero and Premium shows as cancelled.
  2. Write to [email protected] from the email address the account is registered to.
  3. Ask for deletion of the account and the personal data attached to it, in those words. “Close my account” is a different request.
  4. Keep the thread. It is the only record you will have, because no confirmation screen is published for this step.

Then the honest part, which CamSoda does not publish: no stated processing time, no retention period anywhere in the Privacy Policy, and no separate privacy mailbox — [email protected] handles billing too. You cannot cite a deadline back at them. Date the email and follow up in writing.

One more line from the same policy: “we may share your email address with our advertising partners”. Unsubscribing is a separate action from deleting. For comparison, Chaturbate gives you a self-service disable link in the logged-in footer, and Jerkmate publishes two routes and no delete button. CamSoda sits between them: a real cancel button for the subscription, an email for the account.

What your statement shows and the 30-day dispute window

Neither published billing descriptor contains the word CamSoda. Search by amount and by the processor strings instead.

What shows upWhere that comes from
EPOCH.COM*LIVESODA, merchant name LIVESODAOur own card statement for the 300-token pack, 4 September 2026
EPOCH.COM *SECURELIVEThe descriptor CamSoda names on its own support page, read 15 September 2026
A figure that does not match the dollar priceEpoch billed us in euros: €13.55 for the $14.99 pack, €18.04 for the $19.95 membership
A PayPal line instead of an Epoch oneCamSoda’s support page names PayPal Billing Support as the second biller
Both descriptors are real: the first is what our own purchase produced on 4 September 2026, the second is what CamSoda documents at camsoda.com/support.

Two details from that table save arguments later. Our own token pack was billed non-recurring — the Epoch checkout said so in the purchase description — so a second identical charge is not a renewal but a query. And the conversion moves the figure: ours landed in euros, and CamSoda’s help pages say final pricing varies by country, VAT and currency.

The clock is buried in the Terms. Under the Billing Errors section of the Terms you have 30 days from the charge appearing on your statement to raise it; after that it is “deemed acceptable by you”. So read the statement that lands after you cancel rather than the one before, and diarise the month. Anything you spot on day 45 is your problem by contract, whatever the bank later decides.

Epoch billing support: the numbers that are not CamSoda’s

Search for a CamSoda phone number and a review-site profile hands you (800) 893-8871. That is Epoch’s billing line, not CamSoda’s: it matches the number published on epoch.com. CamSoda has no public phone of its own.

The distinction is useful rather than pedantic. Epoch answers about payments it processed, 24/7, by live chat, email or phone: +1 800 893 8871 in the US and +1 310 664 5810 worldwide (epoch.com/billing_support/contact, read 15 September 2026). It can stop a recurring charge and confirm what it billed. It cannot delete your account or discuss your token balance, so split the queue: money to Epoch, data to CamSoda.

If you cannot log in

Then deletion is off the table and the charge is not. Two problems, and the second has a back door.

  1. Kill the recurring charge through the biller. Epoch publishes a public lookup tool, Find My Purchase, which identifies a transaction from any two of four details and cancels the membership behind it. Epoch’s FAQ is explicit: “Please use the ‘Find My Purchase’ to cancel a membership”, and says a confirmation email follows. No CamSoda password required — epoch.com/find_purchase, read 15 September 2026.
  2. Then go back for the account. Recover access through CamSoda’s login screen, and once you are in, run Step 3. Until you are in, the login rule blocks the deletion request no matter who you email.
  3. Watch the 30-day window. If the charge is already old, the contractual complaint period is running while you hunt for the password. Raise the charge with Epoch first and sort the account out afterwards.

Worth thirty seconds of thought first. With no saved card and nothing but an email behind the account, walking away exposes very little and keeps the username claimed. Deletion earns its effort when a card is on file. Our read on how safe CamSoda actually is covers the operator and the billing chain.

FAQ — Deleting and Cancelling CamSoda

How do I delete my CamSoda account?

Log in, zero the token balance, cancel Premium, then email [email protected] from the registered address asking it to delete the account and every piece of personal data behind it. The Privacy Policy makes login a condition of the request, citing fraud prevention. No processing time and no retention period are published, so date your email and keep the reply. Checked 15 September 2026.

How do I cancel CamSoda premium?

Open the Membership page and use the cancel membership button; the FAQ names [email protected] as the alternative, and the Terms repeat it. A confirmation email arrives when the cancellation completes — treat its absence as failure. Access continues to the end of the month you paid for. Ours was cancelled on 4 September 2026 in two clicks and ran until 4 October 2026.

Do I lose my tokens if I delete CamSoda?

Yes, and with no compensation. The Terms say credits left in a terminated or cancelled account are forfeited to CamSoda, and purchases of credits are final sale with no refund. Cancelling Premium is different: that leaves the account open and the balance intact. Spend down before you close anything, and download recordings first, because access to non-public areas ends immediately.

Can I delete CamSoda without logging in?

No. The Privacy Policy makes account access a precondition of any deletion or data request, so a support email from an inaccessible account will not get you there. The money side is separate and does have a route: Epoch’s Find My Purchase tool cancels the recurring charge from transaction details alone, with no CamSoda password. Recover the login, then request deletion.

How do I stop CamSoda charges?

Cancel the membership and check two settings: Easy re-ups, the automatic token top-up that sits in the purchase window, and Token Credit, which lets a balance be spent before it is paid for. If a charge still lands, take it to Epoch on +1 800 893 8871 in the US or +1 310 664 5810 elsewhere, 24/7. The Terms give you 30 days from the statement date to raise a billing error.

Bottom Line

Tokens, then subscription, then account — in that order, all of it while you can still log in. The login rule cannot be worked around; the recurring charge can, through Epoch. The rest is bookkeeping: confirmation email, statement descriptor, 30-day window. Twenty minutes now beats a mystery euro amount next month.

If the card on file is why you are leaving, the fix is a site that never asked for one. Browsing and chatting on Stripchat starts without a payment method, so there is no descriptor to chase.
