SkyPrivate Review 2026: No Longer Skype, Per-Minute Prices, Commission and Is It Legit, Checked From Public Data
SkyPrivate does not run on Skype any more. On 15 September 2026 its homepage title read “SkyPrivate: Live Cam Girls on Teams, Discord & Telegram”, and its own SP Chat opened in early access on 12 May 2026. It sells one-to-one calls in a messenger, metered from a balance you load first. The filter spans $1 to $14 a minute; the first catalogue screen ran $1 to $3.99 at 09:33 EEST. Good for a private call in a messenger you already use.
Quick verdict: a pay-per-minute marketplace for private calls, not a cam site. Text chat is free, video is metered, each model sets her rate. Trustpilot showed 2.5 from 16 reviews on 15 September 2026, 81% at one star.

SkyPrivate is not Skype anymore: how a session works now
Most of the search demand for this brand still carries the word Skype. The platform has moved on. Its subheading on 15 September 2026 put the pay-per-minute shows on the Teams app, Discord and Telegram, and the refund policy allows the same three. Telegram got its own launch post on 23 July 2025.
Skype survives only as leftovers. The Terms page still carries the old browser title “Terms and Conditions • SkyPrivate Skype Cam Models”, yet the word Skype appears nowhere in the Terms text. No switch-off date is published, only launch dates for the replacements.
The newest option is in-house. SP Chat entered early access on 12 May 2026, described on the blog as a built-in app for one-on-one shows, with “No plugin, no external apps, no account linking”. It runs in the browser, on phone or laptop. SkyPrivate publishes no app of its own — a help-centre search for a mobile app returns only Teams instructions.
The help centre gives four steps: create a member account, load the balance by card or another supported method, pick a model, open the chat app from her profile. Then the meter starts on its own: “Once the call is accepted, billing starts automatically per minute”.
- Telegram calls start on her side — “The call is initiated by the model through the group created by our bot”.
- Text chat costs nothing. The refund policy calls text chat with the service providers free; full service needs a video or audio call.
- No account needed for one show. A guest can buy a session; payment goes to the model, who then sends her contact details.
- Prepaid shows sit alongside per-minute calls as a second format; the history splits into calls and payments.
SkyPrivate prices per minute
There is no single figure here, because the rate belongs to the model. Her settings tell her to enter the amount she wants to earn per minute. She can also give one member a personal price.

The suggested floor sits in a model-facing article updated on 19 September 2025, asking performers to price above $1.69 a minute. Nine of the eleven rates on the first screen sat at or below $2, so it is advice, not a rule.
Watch the minimum duration. A model can raise the minimum billed length, and the help centre gives this example: with a two-minute minimum, a 45-second call is topped up to the minimum — $1.50 for the time plus $3 on top, so the model is credited $4.50 for 45 seconds. The minimum shows on her profile when you open the chat app.
Two billing details close the section. Package prices depend on where the account was created, with rounding allowed. Auto-purchase during a call sends a notice each time, and ending the call stops the next charge.
SkyPrivate commission and payouts for models
This is the rare platform that publishes its cut. Of new accounts the help centre says: “The withdrawal percentage is a maximum of 90% (the default is 70%)”. The house keeps 30% by default, 10% at best. That article was updated on 20 January 2026.
The route from 70% to 90% is referral work, not seniority. A model copies the link from the promote section and gives it to someone joining as a member. She then earns “20% extra money (lifetime)” on that member’s calls, prepays, tips and videos. Their example: a $1 rate over 100 minutes pays $100, with $20 going to her bonus balance.
- Accounts registered before 25 August 2025 keep a base rate between 75% and 80%, with the referral bonus filling the gap to 90%.
- Withdrawals lose another 3.5% — “A 3.5% commission will be deducted by the payment processor before the final amount is sent”.
- Payout rails: Bitcoin and bank methods for models; affiliates take ACH at $5, Bitcoin at $0, SEPA, Paxum or Payoneer.
- Affiliate terms are public too: WhaleHunter.cash offers 20% lifetime revenue share, payouts every two weeks, and a $100 minimum.
SkyPrivate markets this with a table putting its 90-70% beside 50-70% for LiveJasmin and 50-65% for Stripchat. Read 90% as a ceiling reached by recruiting members. For a beginner the headline is 70%, minus 3.5% on the way out.
Who runs SkyPrivate
Three companies appear in the Terms, in three roles. Payflow Commercial Services EDPK is described as incorporated in Bulgaria, acting as commercial agent with licensed payment partners. BSmart Online Processes LLC owns the name, trademarks and logos. Matchub LLC is named as the platform owner.
No street address is given for any of them, only the agent’s country. The support number in the Terms footer, +359 2493 0320, carries the Bulgarian country code. Billing and press each have a mailbox on the domain.
The domain itself is old. A whois lookup on 15 September 2026 showed skyprivate.com created on 22 May 2012, registered through NameCheap and renewed to 2032, registrant behind a privacy service. Fourteen years of domain history is the strongest single point in its favour.
On payments the homepage pitch is short: “Pay with crypto or card – fast, anonymous, and safe”. The footer names BTC, ETH, LTC and USDC, plus Bitcoin payouts. By its own refund policy the site does not store full card details. The statement descriptor is called discreet, but the exact string is not published.
Trust signals, refunds and the review record
The company signals are real: a 2012 domain, named entities, published commission rates. The public review picture is poor, and the sample behind it is tiny. Both are true, so here are the numbers.

The refund mechanics matter more than the score. A complaint must be filed within 72 hours, decisions take 48 to 72 hours, and a reply is due inside another 72. Repeat refund requests can get an account suspended without notice.
Two clauses deserve a second read. Money comes back as balance, not cash: “the refund is made only to skyprivate account”, with card refunds allowed only if the subscription is cancelled for good. And only whole packages qualify — “Only full purchased packages can be refunded”. Top up in small amounts.
Two further notes. Google’s results for SkyPrivate discussions sit mostly in r/CamGirlProblems, a forum for models rather than viewers; we did not open those threads, so nothing from them is repeated here. One critical Trustpilot review dated 19 April 2026 flags prepaid shows, unanswered calls, and a Teams account showing a real name.
SkyPrivate vs cam sites: when public rooms are the better deal
The formats differ before price enters it. SkyPrivate gives you a profile, a text chat and a meter. A cam site gives you a public room to watch with no card, and a private show on request.
We can put our own receipts against it. On 14 September 2026 we paid €15.99 for 200 Stripchat tokens on a one-time promo; that pack is otherwise €20.99. At 15:39 the same day, the private filter counted 3,542 rooms at 8–12 tokens a minute, 2,067 at 16–24, 1,536 at 32–60 and 450 at 90 or more.
At the 520-token pack rate that cheapest band works out near $0.77 to $1.15 a minute. One room we opened asked 32 tokens a minute with a 10-minute minimum, about $92 for half an hour. SkyPrivate sells one thing clearly: a metered private call in a messenger, at a price the model picked. The mechanics are public, and the commission page is unusually frank.
The soft spots: the review record, the 72-hour complaint window, refunds that stay on the balance, and a minimum duration that can bill 45 seconds as two full minutes. Load small amounts and read the minimum before you call.
