Chaturbate converts a model’s tokens at $0.05 each. Payouts run twice a month, periods 1–15 and 16–31, and go out within 7 business days of a period closing. The floor is $50 on most methods, $200 on crypto and a FedEx cheque. Every payout figure below comes from Chaturbate’s own help centre, read on 15 September 2026, with the article named beside it. We have never cammed: none of this is our payout statement.

How Chaturbate pays: the token-to-dollar rate
Tokens are not money until they are converted. The article “How do I convert my tokens?” (updated 12 September 2026) prints the table: 100 tokens for $5.00, 1,000 for $50.00, 10,000 for $500.00, 100,000 for $5,000.00. One number at every volume, no bonus for converting more. The earnings article “Increasing Your Income” puts it in a sentence: “Tokens convert to cash at a rate of $0.05 each.”
We buy tokens on the other side of that split. At our own Chaturbate checkouts on 1 September 2026, the price ran from $0.140 a token on the 50-token pack and $0.110 on the 100-token pack down to $0.079 on the two largest. Conversion happens in Token Stats, and the same article attaches three conditions. Age verification must be active. Studio broadcasters cannot convert at all: their balance goes to the studio every night automatically. And converting is not being paid. Converted tokens sit labelled “to be paid to you” until a payout runs, and they are never lost.

One article carries the master table: “How do I get paid?” (updated 14 September 2026). Eleven rows, each with a minimum, a fee and a delivery window. Eight more articles cover the methods one by one, and where the two disagree we give both numbers.

Details that decide which row you can use:
- Paxum excludes India, needs a Paxum email and an Active (Verified) account, and charges its own withdrawal fees.
- CosmoPayment needs a SAN number. Limits are $6,000 per 24 hours and $90,000 a year, across 33 named countries: the EU plus the UK, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Martinique, San Marino and Saint Martin.
- Canada EFT pays in Canadian dollars only, never to a USD account. The rate belongs to the processor: “Multi Media has no involvement in establishing the exchange rate.”
- ACH goes to a US checking or savings account, not a prepaid card. Wrong details can delay payment up to 30 days.
- Crypto adds a variable network fee. Chaturbate buys the coin against your USD amount and warns the rate on arrival may differ from the rate when you asked.
- Wire appears in several help articles but has no row in the master table. Its minimum and fee are unpublished; the only wire figure anywhere is the $500 daily-payout floor.
Three rules apply to every row. The payee must be over 18 and must sign the independent broadcaster agreement, even when that payee is someone else and even when the model is already verified. Guests cannot receive payouts, and names must match the ID exactly, not a stage name. Verification is covered in our cam model guide.
You can also raise your own floor: the Payout Information page takes any minimum from $50.00 up to $50,000. Miss it in a period and the balance rolls into the next one until it is reached.
One warning on cheque timing: the help centre contradicts itself three ways. The master table says 2–5 business days inside the US. “Payment by Check (Mail & FedEx)” says 1–2 weeks. “When will I receive my payment?” says 2–7 business days domestic, 7–10 for Canada, 2–6 weeks international. All three are current pages; plan on one to two weeks at home, up to six abroad. The FedEx row diverges the same way: its own article says 7–10 days international, the master table 2–4 weeks.
When the money arrives: periods, cut-off and the 7-day lag
The calendar is fixed and has four moving parts.
- The period. Pay periods run the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the 31st, or the last day of a short month.
- The cut-off. Midnight CB Time, which is the Mountain time zone. Tokens still unconverted at that moment belong to the next period.
- Processing. “Payments are sent out within 7 business days following each pay periods end.” Nothing is processed on a weekend or a US holiday.
- Delivery. Counted after processing, from the method table above. A bank may add 2–7 business days to a direct deposit.
By our arithmetic a period ending on the 15th is sent by roughly the 24th. Delivery then runs from one business day on crypto to six weeks on an international cheque, on Chaturbate’s own published windows.
Three failure modes get a line each in the help centre, all recoverable. Payment details submitted mid-period are used at the end of that period. Tokens converted after the cut-off wait for the next close. A failed payment comes back: “the funds will be added back to your Chaturbate account”, then can be requested again from the affiliate stats page. Every one of these articles ends with a “reach out to us here” support link.
Daily Payouts: $3.95 a day, who qualifies
Daily Payouts is the opt-in fast lane, and it is gated by payout history. US-based broadcasters qualify after two normal payouts have arrived, international broadcasters after four. Below that the article says to contact support, which “will see if you can be added to the program”.
- Fee: $3.95, charged once per day however many requests you add that day.
- Minimum: $20.00 of converted tokens for cheque, ACH or Paxum, so $23.95 in practice. Wire needs $500.00, and the available amount must also cover the method’s own fee.
- Window: “You may only receive a daily payout between Monday and Friday before 1:00 AM MST.”
- Processing: Monday to Friday mornings at 1:00 AM MST, then 1–3 business days, with offices closed at weekends and holidays.
- Where: convert in Token Stats, then Submit Request there or under Request Daily Payout on the stats page.
The fee is flat, so its weight is all in the size of the request. On the $20 minimum, $3.95 is 19.75%; on a $200 request, 2%. Taken every business day of a 21-day month it totals $82.95, against nothing for waiting.
One footnote: the minimums article prints the daily floor as $23.95 for every $50 method except the post cheque, where it shows $23.05. The cheque article shows $23.95, so one page carries a typo.
Taxes and privacy: 1099-MISC, DAC7 and what the statement says
For US citizens and residents the threshold is $600.00 in a tax year, above which a 1099-MISC is generated and emailed each January. The article adds the detail that matters to anyone sharing a mailbox: “The tax form will state the company name and does not mention Chaturbate.” It goes to the email on the payment form, and support can resend it.
EU creators fall under DAC7 instead. Chaturbate reports from tax year 2023 onward, later years by 31 January for the year before. It applies if you live in an EU member state, or your business is registered there, and you sell personal services or digital goods.
Individuals give full name, address, date of birth and a tax identification number; businesses give legal name, registered address, registration number and VAT number. Total earnings and payout bank details go too. The useful part is the preview: before filing, Chaturbate emails a password-protected PDF of what it will report.
The only tax form named in Chaturbate’s public documents is IRS Form W-9, in Appendix B of the terms, and that appendix covers affiliate commissions, not model payouts. W-8 appears on no public page we could read.
The paper trail is documented unusually clearly. Cheques come from the parent company: “Checks and envelopes will say Multi Media LLC and do not mention Chaturbate.” A second article repeats it: “Check envelopes are discreet and do not mention Chaturbate.” They travel by USPS from South Florida, untracked unless you pay FedEx.
The New Payout Experience: what changes
Chaturbate is mid-migration to a rebuilt payout form, in an article edited on 25 August 2026. Eligible accounts see a banner on the broadcast page, and the wording about everyone else is blunt: “In the future, all users will be required to move to the new system”.
- Three separate steps: Payout Recipient Profile, Tax Information, Payout Information. Each is managed on its own, so changing a bank no longer means resubmitting identity documents.
- Several methods on file. You can store more than one and choose which is active.
- Nothing breaks while you wait. Existing payout information stays valid until the new form is submitted.
- The list is the same. “The available payout methods remain the same as before.” The eleven rows above survive the migration.
Tax information is required in the US and may be required elsewhere, with EU accounts pointed at DAC7. Chaturbate also promises more detailed payout status later, conceding how little the current form says.

Chaturbate’s payout side is well documented and slow by design: a flat nickel a token, two fixed periods a month, a week of processing, then delivery. The decisions that cost money are small. Take a zero-fee method if you can, let the balance pass the minimum before requesting crypto or FedEx, convert before midnight Mountain on the 15th and the last day, and treat $3.95 as the price of not waiting.
