An EPOCH.COM line names the processor, not the website. Epoch bills for thousands of sites, so the name identifies nothing — the merchant code after it does. What is EPOCH.COM, and what is it used for?
Epoch takes card payments on behalf of other companies. Its billing pages call it “a pioneer of payment solutions for online merchants since 1996” and say support covers “thousands of websites” around the clock. One merchant name therefore stands in for a very long list of sites, which is exactly why the statement line looks blank of information.
Epoch states the consequence itself, in the FAQ under its purchase lookup: “No, your statement will not show the name of the website. Epoch.com is the merchant that will appear on your statement.” Read on 15 September 2026. So the charge proves a purchase, not a platform. The code beside the name is the part that identifies anything.
People also search for “Epoch.com LLC”, because banks list merchants as companies. The Epoch billing pages we read on 15 September 2026 carry no company name, no registration number and no postal address — only the trading name and two phone lines. We are not filling that gap with a guess.
Decode the merchant code: which cam site billed you
Epoch never documents the “EPOCH.COM *MERCHANT” shape on its own site; it writes only Epoch.com. Every suffix below is confirmed from the platform side instead — a receipt, a checkout screen, a help-centre article or a billing API.

Two forms exist for CamSoda and both are real. Our purchase produced EPOCH.COM*LIVESODA, with LIVESODA named as the merchant in the receipt. CamSoda’s support page quotes EPOCH.COM *SECURELIVE, which matches its operator on the Florida register, Secure Live Media, LLC. Neither string contains the word CamSoda.
Stripchat is the clearest case, because the buyer picks the biller. On the card checkout of 14 September 2026 the Billing Provider row offered two labels: “Billed as Paymentico” and “Billed as EPOCH.COM *Technius”. Technius Ltd is Stripchat’s operator, and the same string sits in the help-centre list of eight statement lines, updated 14 September 2026. Stripchat’s PayPal route is billed by Epoch too.
Jerkmate publishes its descriptors in a public API. Read on 15 September 2026, it maps Epoch to EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL, PayPal to PayPal *ICFTECH, and more than twenty other providers to a single line, ECHST.NET. The word Jerkmate appears in none of them; the platform side of that is in our Jerkmate review.
Two further platforms name Epoch without publishing a string. BongaCams’ terms call Epoch and SegpayEU “our authorized payment processors”, in a copy archived on 2 August 2026. SexLikeReal lists Epoch among five providers — Epoch, TrustPay, Verotel, SegPay and Shift4 — and describes its own descriptor only as “DTM” or similar, as covered in our SexLikeReal review.
Was it you? Match the currency, the amount and the word recurring
Epoch billed us in euros on a dollar price. Our CamSoda intro pack was advertised at $14.99 and charged as €13.55 on 4 September 2026, with the order description reading “Non-recurring”. Stripchat’s PayPal purchases are billed by Epoch in euros as well. A dollar figure from a price page will therefore not match your statement to the cent.
Then decide whether the charge can repeat. Token packs are one-off. Subscriptions are not: our Chaturbate receipt of 3 September 2026 marked a $19.95 Supporter membership as Recurring, though that one billed as mmbill.com rather than Epoch, and Stripchat’s Ultimate runs at €19.99 a month after a seven-day trial, from a checkbox that arrives unticked. Epoch adds the general rule: “Most trial memberships convert to monthly memberships if not canceled within the specified trial period.”
Find My Purchase: the tool that names the site
Epoch runs a public lookup at epoch.com/find_purchase, and it is the short path. Its instruction reads “Enter any two of the four fields to retrieve your purchase information”, so a card number plus the email address used at checkout is enough. No account on the cam site is involved at any point.
- Best input: the Member ID Epoch emails straight after a purchase. With it, support can see purchase times, amounts and payment details.
- Human channels: Epoch offers “live chat, email, and phone billing support 24 hours a day”, on +1 800 893 8871 toll free and +1 310 664 5810 worldwide. Stripchat’s help centre also lists [email protected] for Epoch charges.
- One trap: the toll-free number on the Sitejabber profile for camsoda.com is this Epoch line, not CamSoda’s. CamSoda publishes no phone number of its own.
How to cancel an EPOCH.COM charge
Epoch cancels memberships itself, which is the useful part when the site login is the thing you have lost. Its FAQ is explicit: “Please use the ‘Find My Purchase’ to cancel a membership. You will receive an email to the address you entered upon purchase, confirming that your membership has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed.”
- Cancel at the biller: open the lookup, enter two of the four fields, cancel from the record, then keep the confirmation email. That message is what a bank asks for first.
- Refund timing: Epoch says a credit is issued immediately, but “it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement”.
- Then close it at the site: CamSoda’s terms let you cancel by visiting its support page or emailing [email protected]. Jerkmate lists premium memberships under My Account, or takes an email to [email protected].
- Do not stop at the card: a blocked card ends the payment, not the membership. Cancelling is a separate step at the biller or at the site — Paymentico says so for its own charges: “you must cancel the subscription directly with the specific website where you registered your account”.
It was you? What to know as a CamSoda buyer
If the code read LIVESODA or SECURELIVE, the account is a CamSoda one, and three checks are worth a minute each.
- Purchase history: CamSoda’s FAQ points at the Membership panel for “level, token balance, and benefits”, and the account area carries a Tokens & Earnings page. Our own log from 4 September 2026 listed every line: the 300-token purchase, a 200-token bonus, tips and per-minute deductions.
- Auto re-up: the “Easy re-ups” toggle appears in the purchase window only after a first payment, beside the saved card. Ours arrived switched off. Verify it rather than assume it.
- Where the card sits: the Privacy Policy says “Financial Data will not be stored by us but will be stored by our third party payment processor”. That processor is Epoch, so card questions go to Epoch’s billing support, not to CamSoda.
The money rule is harsh and worth reading before the next purchase: in a terms document dated 7 May 2025, “all purchases of Credits are ‘final sale’ and no refund will be given”. If it was not you: the 30-day clock
CamSoda’s terms give 30 days from a charge appearing on your statement to query a billing error; after that it counts as “deemed acceptable by you”. We found no published dispute window for Chaturbate. Stripchat publishes two other clocks instead: 30 days to refund the last token pack while its tokens are unused, and 48 hours to dispute one show.
Order of operations matters. Identify the charge through the lookup, cancel anything recurring, then call your bank with the merchant name, the code and the date. If the card itself is in the wrong hands, the bank call comes first. And before assuming fraud, take the advice ECHST.NET prints in its own FAQ: “Make sure to consult with a family member or friend to make sure they have not made a purchase on your account.”

LiveJasmin publishes nothing here either. Its terms page names JWS Americas and JWS International as operators, and the footer links to the billing site jwsbill.com, which lists both companies at one Luxembourg address. Prefer a different billing setup?
Epoch is optional on two of these sites. Stripchat lets you choose the biller at the card step: pick Paymentico and the line reads Paymentico.com, in euros, which Paymentico confirms in its own help centre — purchases “will appear on your bank statement as paymentico.com”. One caveat before switching: Paymentico says it cannot cancel a subscription for you, and it runs no purchase lookup, so cancellation has to happen inside Stripchat.

It is a CamSoda purchase. Our own Epoch receipt of 4 September 2026 named the merchant LIVESODA and produced that exact line for a $14.99 token pack charged as €13.55. CamSoda’s support page quotes a second form, EPOCH.COM *SECURELIVE, matching its operator Secure Live Media, LLC. Both are real, and neither prints the word CamSoda.
What is EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL?
Jerkmate, paid by card through Epoch. Jerkmate’s public billing API, read on 15 September 2026, maps Epoch to EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL, PayPal to PayPal *ICFTECH and its remaining providers to ECHST.NET. So a Jerkmate charge reaches a statement under one of three strings, and never under the brand name.
How do I cancel an Epoch.com charge?
Use Epoch’s Find My Purchase page and cancel from the record it returns. Two of the four fields are enough to pull up a purchase, no site login required, and Epoch emails a confirmation that the membership is cancelled and will not be billed again. Cancel inside the platform as well, and keep both confirmations.
Bottom line
An Epoch line is a processor, and the suffix is the answer: LIVESODA or SECURELIVE means CamSoda, ICFTECHNOL means Jerkmate, Technius means Stripchat, and a bare EPOCH.COM on a card route means Chaturbate. Match the euro amount against a dollar price, check whether the receipt said recurring, and read the code rather than the name.
If something has to stop, start at the biller. Two fields in Find My Purchase identify the charge, the same page cancels a membership without any site login, and the confirmation email is the document that ends the argument. Then close the loop inside the platform, because a cancelled card is not a cancelled account.
