What Flingster is
Flingster’s home page calls itself “the leading adult chat site for discreet random encounters” and claims “over 14 million members”. The mechanics are the Omegle pattern: enable the camera, press start, get matched with a stranger, skip. Its own feature list: gender filter, interest tags, virtual masks, location filter, hide your location, intro message, private chat, followers, reconnect. The operator, per the terms, is Skyline Media LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming — a registered-agent address used by many online businesses.
What is free and what is VIP
- Free: random video and text chat, virtual masks, the basic gender preference. The site’s words: “Free basic adult sex chat, upgrade to premium to unlock all filters and features!”
- VIP / premium: the full gender and location filters and the rest of the feature list. The price is not on the public pages, and the /premium page returned a 404 when we opened it on 24 September 2026.
- Tokens and gifts: the terms describe purchasable tokens, gifts between users, subscriptions that “automatically renew for successive periods”, and a refund policy where “all purchases … are final and non-refundable, except where required by law”.
Is Flingster safe?
The company is identifiable and the policies exist — 2257, DMCA, a safety and reporting policy, moderation by “automated systems and human moderators” on samples of sessions. What the terms also say, plainly: “We do not perform background checks, verify user identities, or endorse user statements.” That is the honest description of every random chat. Use the mask, hide the location, and treat the person on the other end as unknown, because the platform does.
Segpay Skyline charge: that is Flingster — how to check and cancel
If a line with Segpay and Skyline in it has appeared on your card, this is the site. Flingster’s billing page says purchases “are discreetly billed on your bank or credit card statement by SegPay” — its words, in a copy archived on 6 April 2026 — and the terms name the company you paid: Skyline Media LLC, which also runs DirtyRoulette. The exact string is never printed, so the operator’s name is what reaches your statement.
To check the payment, Segpay’s consumer portal at cs.segpay.com has a Find My Purchase search that needs any two of card number, email address and purchase ID; the phones listed there are 1-866-450-4000 in the US and +1-954-414-1610 elsewhere, and the email is [email protected]. The terms say subscriptions “automatically renew for successive periods”, the billing page says “We do not offer refunds, proration, or credits for cancellations received during a billing cycle”, and an error has to be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement it first appears on. So cancel before the renewal date; cancelling mid-cycle returns nothing for the unused days. It is a real service with a named operator — Skyline Media LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, in terms updated 10 December 2025 — a 2257 page, a DMCA policy and billing support. Safety on a random chat is the format’s problem, not the company’s: you are matched with strangers, and the site’s own terms say it does not verify identities or pre-screen users.
Is Flingster free?
The basic random video chat is free; the site says “upgrade to premium to unlock all filters and features” — gender and location filters, virtual masks and more sit in the paid tier, which it calls VIP. The public site does not print the price, and we have not bought it.
What does Flingster premium cost?

Flingster does what it says: a free random adult chat with the useful filters behind a VIP wall whose price it does not show. If the coin flip is the fun, use it with the mask on. If you actually want to see women on camera, the roulette is the long way round — a cam site does it directly, free.
