Swipey AI is an adults-only AI girlfriend app that runs in the browser, from INVAI LTD in Cyprus. Its advertised $7.99 a month is the 12-month rate, charged as $95.99; a single month costs $19.99 (1 October 2026).
Quick verdict: try the free tier, then pay monthly rather than yearly if you want chat, voice calls, pictures and short videos of one consistent character; photo uploads are banned outright. Read the exit terms first: section 7.4 rules out refunds, and the privacy policy usually keeps personal data for six years after closure.

What is Swipey AI?
Swipey AI is a companion service for adults 18 and over, run by INVAI LTD, company number HE 458964, registered at Strovolou 140 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its terms, version 3.0 effective 1 August 2026, describe entertainment for adults in which every character and every picture is AI-generated, and no human answers the chat.
There are three kinds of companion. Platform Models are characters Swipey curates. Verified Creator Models are AI versions of real creators who signed a likeness agreement, each with a paid Fanclub of image and video sets. Custom AI is a character you design yourself: realistic or anime style, looks, one of seven personalities and a voice.
Around the chat sits a game layer. With Premium, each relationship climbs 15 levels, from Teasing to Ultimate, and every level-up releases a reward video. Duels set two characters against each other over five rounds, with your gifts deciding the winner. Daily hearts, quests and a prize wheel feed the in-app currency.
Two naming traps. Swipey AI has nothing to do with Swipey, the Malaysian payments company at swipey.co; the Swipey AI help centre says so in its “Who runs Swipey AI?” article. And the page titled “Swipey AI Review” on swipey.ai was written by Swipey’s own team, which says so in its first paragraph, so read it as marketing.
Swipey AI pricing: $7.99 a month, and what it includes
The pricing page shows one number, “$7.99 / month”, and under its billing heading the line “Billed monthly, cancel anytime”. The help centre lists three plans instead, one month, three months and a year, with the yearly plan the best value per month. Swipey’s plan list, the data its checkout code loads, ties $7.99 to the 12-month plan.

Pricing verified 1 October 2026 against swipey.ai/pricing and the plan list at swipey.ai/api/v1/subscription-plans. Those rows are values from the site’s code, not a published price table, and the checkout itself was not seen; it shows the binding price. The renewal price after the $11.99 offer is not stated.
The same list holds lower prices for two partner IDs, $79.99 for a year and $15.99 for a month, without saying which links trigger them. Under terms section 6.4, renewals run at whatever price applies on the renewal date, so a yearly plan bought today can renew at a different figure next year.
What Premium includes
Premium covers unlimited NSFW chat, image generation without the free tier’s content limits, real-time voice calls, voice messages, video scenes and one Fanclub. Terms section 6.2 adds 200 tokens a month, which Swipey’s own review page calls hearts. Voice calls are billed per minute in hearts on top, and longer videos cost hearts too.
Hearts: the second bill
Hearts are the in-app currency. They pay for call minutes, video extensions, Fanclub sets, live actions and tips. Bought hearts do not expire while the account stays open, but deleting the account wipes them. Swipey publishes no price for a heart pack, a call minute or a video step; the call rate appears in the app before your first call.
A video scene starts short. “Show More” stretches it step by step to 10, 20, 30 and 60 seconds, each step paid in hearts, while the whole scene at once needs Premium. One Trustpilot reviewer on the yearly plan, posting on 6 August 2026, wrote that single unlocks ran past 300 hearts and that 520 hearts cost $50. Those are one buyer’s figures, not Swipey’s.
The free tier: five messages or ten?
Sign-up needs only an email, and no card. A free account can design a character, browse the feed and chat a little, and the image generator works within content limits. How little is the odd part: terms section 6.1 allows “up to five (10) messages without payment”, spelling one number and printing another.
Swipey AI porn: what the chat allows and what it bans
Swipey sells itself as uncensored for adults across chat, images and video, and Premium lifts the content limits on generation. Inside that, terms section 8 lists what is banned for everyone: minors or anyone who looks like one, incest, bestiality, rape and other non-consensual sex, non-consensual mutilation, and human or sex trafficking.
Real people are protected by design, not only by a rule. Section 9.1 bars users from uploading any images or media of their own, so there is no way to feed in a photo of an ex or a celebrity. A character based on a real person needs that person’s consent, and Verified Creator Models exist under a signed likeness agreement.
Moderation runs in three layers. Banned terms are blocked on submission, the model refuses and re-checks what slips through, and flagged chats go to human review. The terms say chats, voice notes and calls may be analysed by automated tools for that purpose, and repeated attempts are logged and can be reported to the authorities.
Age checks are lighter than the marketing suggests. Everyone ticks an 18+ confirmation on entry and again at checkout. Only users in the United Kingdom go through Ondato, a selfie age estimate with an ID document if the estimate is unclear, because the Online Safety Act 2023 requires it there.
Is Swipey AI a scam? The company, Trustpilot and a lookalike site
The company side holds up on paper: a Cyprus registration number, dated terms, a privacy policy, a complaints address at [email protected] and a help centre of 75 articles. Disputes go to the courts of Cyprus under section 21. Section 17.3 caps the company’s liability at the greater of your last 12 months of payments or EUR 100.
Trustpilot is split down the middle. On 1 October 2026 the Swipey profile had 35 reviews and a TrustScore of 3.2, with 34% five-star and 34% one-star. The company invites customers to review and had replied to 28% of negative reviews. Its contact country shows as the United States, not Cyprus.
The one-star reviews are mostly about money. Two reviewers in August 2026 described recurring card charges they did not recognise, one of them for $39.99. Another wrote that emailing to cancel, as the terms allow, did not stop new charge attempts. Those are claims, not findings, but a descriptor without the brand name makes any charge harder to place.
One trap sits in the search results. swipeyai.run, second in a US Google search for “swipey ai” on 30 September 2026, is not Swipey. It names no company, and every “Start Chat” button runs through ai-girls.gold to lovel.ai, a different AI girlfriend product. Swipey’s app page says swipey.ai is the only official way to use the service.
A Swipey AI charge on your card: payment methods and the descriptor
The pricing page lists Visa, Mastercard and crypto in BTC, ETH, USDC and LTC. The plan list allows crypto on the 3- and 12-month plans only, and the help centre warns that methods vary by country, with 3-D Secure confirmation on some cards. PayPal is not mentioned on any page read.
Swipey never names itself on a statement. The help centre says every charge, for Premium, hearts or Fanclubs, shows a neutral, discreet company name, and purchase emails stay neutral too. The descriptor itself is not published, so a charge you cannot place may be Swipey; support confirms it if you ask.
Ask before you dispute. Terms section 6.6 wants an email to [email protected] first and warns that a chargeback on a legitimate charge can get the account suspended. Note the date and amount of your first payment, because the statement line will not help you later.
Refunds, cancelling and deleting your account
Cancelling
Cancel under Settings, then Subscription, then Current Plan. The help centre says it takes under a minute and may first offer a discount or a pause. Premium stays active to the end of the paid period, with no further charges. Hearts, gallery and relationship levels survive, but a custom character’s chat locks 7 days after Premium expires.
Terms section 7.1 also accepts cancellation by email to [email protected], which leaves a written record. Plan changes are documented twice, differently: section 7.2 applies them from the next billing cycle, while the help centre says upgrades take effect at once.
Refunds: the terms say no, the help centre says ask
Section 7.4 is short: every purchase is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires a refund. EU and UK buyers give up the 14-day withdrawal right once they start using the service (section 7.3). The help centre is softer: requests are reviewed case by case, and accidental purchases, duplicate charges and unused subscriptions are named as worth a request.
Deleting your account, and the six-year clause
Deletion is self-serve: Settings, the Profile tab, Delete Profile, confirm. The help centre says it removes the login, chats and their media, custom characters and memories, and that it cannot be undone. Cancel Premium first; the same article says to, so you are not billed again.
The privacy policy keeps a longer memory. Section 12 says personal information is usually stored for six years after you stop being a user, counted from the day the account closes, in the same wording as Kupid AI’s policy. Deleting the profile ends the account; by Swipey’s own policy it does not erase every record that day.
Is there a Swipey app?
Not in the app stores. Swipey’s own app page says there is currently no official Swipey AI app on the Apple App Store or Google Play, and that store listings using the name are not its own. A search of both stores on 1 October 2026 found no app from INVAI LTD; the apps called Swipey there are mostly photo cleaners, plus a Malaysian business-finance app and games.
What exists is a web app. On an iPhone, open swipey.ai in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”; on Android, open the Chrome menu and pick the same option or “Install app”. It then opens full-screen with its own icon, and the account syncs across devices. It sends no push notifications while closed, and it also runs in VR headset browsers.
Treat any download offered as a Swipey APK or store app as unofficial. Swipey’s stated reason for staying in the browser is that app stores restrict adult content.

Against Candy AI the trade is price visibility for exit terms. Candy AI showed no public price on 9 September 2026 and loaded plans inside sign-up, but its terms give a refund window of 24 hours after payment, plus the 14-day EU and UK right. Swipey prints a price and refuses refunds.
Against SpicyChat AI the difference is the money model. SpicyChat has charged a flat $5.95, $19.95 or $29.95 a month since its 8 September 2026 price change, with no spendable currency, and grants refunds only in exceptional circumstances. Swipey adds hearts on top of the subscription for calls and longer videos.

What was not checked, and where this comes from
No Swipey account was opened and nothing was bought for this review, so the checkout, the per-minute call rate, heart-pack prices and the statement descriptor are unseen. Output quality, memory and video length in use are untested. Prices come from Swipey’s pages and its plan list, and the checkout may show other figures in some countries.
