What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, fee, feature or policy on this site is wrong or out of date, send the page URL and what’s wrong with it. We check the claim against the platform’s own pages and correct it with a fresh date stamp.
- Disputed claims. If you run a platform we cover and believe something here misrepresents it, tell us specifically what and why. We publish corrections when the evidence supports them, and we don’t remove accurate negative findings.
- Review requests and business enquiries. We’ll consider any platform on the same criteria as the rest — see How We Test. We do not sell ratings or placement.
What we cannot help with
WebcamsChats is not affiliated with Stripchat, Chaturbate or any other platform we write about, and we have no access to their systems. We cannot:
- recover, unlock, verify or delete your account on any cam site
- refund a charge, cancel a membership or dispute a transaction
- pass a message to a model, or to a platform’s support team
- release anyone’s personal information

How we handle your message
Corrections are dealt with first. We keep correspondence only to reply to it and we don’t publish reader messages — see the Privacy Policy. If you’re reporting a rights or content problem, the 18+ and Content Policy sets out what we act on.
